Nathan called her in the middle of the night. "Bella, I think I should tell you about this. Your suspicions about Reef's office mate may be correct. I never considered that, because the evidence I had all pointed to Reef. But, I've been trying to find more information and more data all day. Apparently, there really is someone else. Did Reef cooperate with him, or did he do it without Reef's knowledge. That needs to be investigated again."
"Do you know who that person is?"
"I haven't gotten a name yet. Only the numbers. But it's clear that these numbers were moved intentionally by someone." Nathan sounded serious. "I've hired a financial investigator to trace the numbers."
"I'm very new to this kind of thing," Bella said. "But, may I ask how much money is involved in this case?"
"Almost 100 billion dollars."
"Oh, my God! That's a huge amount!" Bella was shocked. However, she still believed that Reef did not commit the crime.
