Chapter 2 - : The Invitation

Kiyoshi couldn't stop thinking about the encounter with the gang members. He felt like he had narrowly escaped a dangerous situation, and he couldn't shake the feeling of vulnerability that came with it. He tried to focus on his studies, but his mind kept drifting back to the girl who had saved him.

A few days later, Kiyoshi was sitting in class when he was called to the principal's office. He had never been in trouble before, so he was confused and nervous as he made his way down the hallway. When he arrived at the office, he saw the girl from the other day sitting in one of the chairs.

"Kiyoshi, please come in," the principal said, gesturing for him to sit down.

Kiyoshi took a seat, feeling even more confused. "What's going on?" he asked.

The principal cleared his throat. "Kiyoshi, I understand that you had a run-in with some gang members a few days ago."

Kiyoshi felt his face go red. "Y-yes, sir."

The girl spoke up. "My name is Karin, and I'm a member of the Crimson Syndicate. We've been keeping an eye on you, Kiyoshi. We think you have the potential to be a valuable member of our gang."

Kiyoshi couldn't believe what he was hearing. He had never even considered joining a gang before, and the idea of getting involved in their violent world scared him.

"I-I don't think that's a good idea," he stammered.

Karin leaned forward, her eyes intense. "Listen, Kiyoshi. You may not realize it yet, but you're already involved in our world. You've seen what can happen if you cross the wrong people. But if you join us, we can offer you protection, respect, and power. You don't have to be a victim anymore."

Kiyoshi was torn. He knew that joining a gang was dangerous and illegal, but he also couldn't deny the thrill of being wanted and respected. He didn't know what to do.

"I-I need some time to think about it," he said finally.

Karin nodded. "That's fair. But remember, Kiyoshi. The offer is on the table. We'll be in touch."

Kiyoshi left the office feeling overwhelmed and scared. He didn't know what his future held, but he knew that he had to make a decision soon

He is either scared for his life or joining this new cause.

But was it worth it
