Coming out from the cabin, I marched towards my room. Changing to my black jumpsuit with my black coat over it and a black mask to cover myself I jump out of the window. Due to my reputed position, I've always needed to have guards, no matter where I would leave for. Such formalities which were common for the members of the royal family, were contradicted by me. I paced towards the main gate as I hid my identity from the guards and stepped out of the boundary, where my freedom always felt suffocated in those luxurious rooms.
Walking through those crowded and busy streets of my kingdom, I inhale a deep breath enjoying the fresh air. My eyes take a look of the whole market, being a Prince/Princess doesn't mean one will sit and enjoy the free treatment one is getting. One should be capable enough to call himself/herself as a Prince/Princess by serving the kingdom. At least that's what I think.
She, always found herself enjoying while helping out those in need. Her honest personality never let her sit empty handed in her room while the others were suffering.
While inspecting everyone and everything, I came upon a market where I witnessed a fight taking place.
"What's the matter ?" I quickly asked, judging the tensed up environment around me.
"Look at him Miss ! Mr.Kim as a member of the royal court, has always taken an advantage to eat my sweet dishes for free. And now he has debt of 5000 won. But he is trying to menace me by his relationship with the King and his position in the court."The sales lady spoke with a helplessness in her voice.
"Oh ! Well if that's the case, then Mister, I guess you should know that I'm the right hand of Princess Winter. Also, the previous day I heard you had a fight with the Princess, if this matter is heard by the Princess, her wrath won't allow to stay you in the court or even in this Kingdom after a few days. SO ? Should I take this matter forward or are you willing to end it here ?"I spoke with a confident, significant and an exasperate voice.
"O-Of course n-not ! Why would you do so, here you go with your money Miss Cardishan." Mr.Kim quickly payed off the lady's debt and bowed before leaving in a hurry.
"Thank you, thank you so much ! If not you, I wouldn't have ever got back my payment. I owe you ! Please feel free to have a meal at our place whenever possible."
Miss Cardishan bowed before I continued my walk. I had now come past the kingdom, towards a lonely forest.
"Aah ! Finally ! Here I go." I spoke in a satisfied tone as I moved through those immense trees, which covered the forest like a duvet.
After half an hour I eventually reached in front of an alluring waterfall. Surrounded by stone caves, few unique plants, a bunch of captivating small birds and a whole lot of flowers. This had always been my 'calm down my mood' place. No matter what I would always dedicate an hour or two to this spot. My childhood has been filled with the memories of this place, practicing swordsmanship, learning spells and what not. Feeling nostalgic, I laid down on the green grass. Resting up my muscles, I hummed in relaxation as I closed my eyes, feeling the waterfall, the birds' melodious voice and the silence.
While I was lost in her thoughts, I didn't notice footsteps coming closer to me. Soon a guy, six feet tall, a golden complexion, making his facial features stunning than they were, his ebony black silky hair falling till his shoulders and a fit physique stood in front of me.
"Seems like you're enjoying this place Miss." He spoke in his deep voice perturbing me. I jerked up and eyed him while trying to sense any danger.
"Don't worry Miss Sleep I ain't a danger to you." He spoke with a genuine smile on his face.
"Who are you ? And I ain't Miss Sleep or whatsoever you called me." I spoke while rolling my eyes and again sitting down on the land, he literally disturbed my time.
"Aren't you supposed to give your introduction first as you're sitting on the land which belongs to my kingdom ?" That guy replied while taking a place beside me.
"Your land ? Since when? I have been coming here since a very long time !" I spoke in a disturbed tone while facing him, of course, when the hell did this happen ?
"Well, since you aren't really aware of what's going on, then let me tell you. I'm someone everyone knows except you. And about this forest, then just a few months ago, this forest was declared in the area of Luchador Kingdom, so it now belongs to our Kingdom." He suggested, revealing the truth I was unaware of.
"Ah ! Ok, well it's been a few months since I last visited this place." I said while looking around, still can't believe the fact that this place now belongs to a realm and that too the Luchadors.
"You ?" He asked while looking at me, as if waiting for me speak more than what I just did.
"Winter. Winter Mortel." I spoke without turning to him.
"Oh I see, if 'am not wrong, that cold- Uhm I mean Princess of Mortell Kingdom ?" He asked mr being curious.
"Mhm." She hummed.
"Suits you, just cold like your name." He mumbled.
"What ?" I asked knowing what he just said, well he's right though.
"Huh- Oh nothing. Quite alluring and a unique name I feel." He laughed awkwardly turning to the other side, while observing the beauty around him.
"I heard that anyways." I mumbled too without him knowing.
"Well then ! I'll take my leave. It was so not nice meeting you Prince Luchador." My voice dripping with sarcasm.
"Oh sure. As if meeting you was." He spoke with the same tone, same energy and same expression.
"Hoping to not see you ever again !" He spoke with the most annoying tone.
"As if I'll be dying to meet you ! Huh ! Goodbye Mr. Rude Jerk." I stomped my feet before leaving the Prince dumbfounded on my brave move.
"DID SHE JUST- UHH !" After screaming a bit, he left too.
How this goodbye, was now meant to be there forever.
How this first meet will now become their life long support.
