"Harper, Harper!" Alex came running towards her friend who was getting books from her locker. "I need your help.."
"Alex did you not hear the bell?" Harper raised a brow.
"It won't take long." Alex said.
"Alright, What is it?"
"I need you to help me with my physics homework." Alex said.
"Alex, I am supposed to be in my class right now. I can't help you with your homework."
"Wait, wait." Alex grabbed Harper's hand when she tried to leave. "I will get a detention and Mr. Laritate is going to invigilate that."
"And you still didn't do your homework?"
"I was busy. Are you helping or not?" Alex sighed.
"I can't help you alex. I have to go to my class now. I don't understand why you always take your homeworks lightly. Even after you were warned by Mr. Laritate you..." Harper trailed off when she saw Alex turned around and looking somewhere instead of listening to her. "Alex? Alex, are you listening to me?" She waved her hand to catch Alex's attention back to her.
"Yeah, No. Its okay. You go and attend your class, I got someone else who will help me with my homework." Alex pointed towards a boy standing over the other side and talking to a girl.
"Who is he? Do you know him?" Harper asked.
"Yeah, he is from my physics class." Alex said. "Okay? Bye." Alex walked away towards the boy and Harper left for her class.

"Hey, Y/N!" Alex called the boy which made him startle. Y/N turned around and stood infront of the girl, he was talking to. It made Alex suspicious.
"Hello, Alex-Hi.." Y/N smiled nervously.
"Who were you talking to?" Alex gently pushed Y/N aside to look behind him.
"This is my sister, Brenna and Brenna, this is Alex." Y/N sighed in defeat.
"Hi Alex." Brenna Waved her hand to greet.
"Hi Brenna. Y/N, why didn't you tell me you had a sister."
"I-uhm-it never came up. Anyways, You were looking for me?" Y/N asked.
"Its nice to meet you Alex, but I have a class to attend so.. See you. Bye Alex, Bye Y/N." Brenna said before leaving for her class.
"Alright, so, Have you done physics homework?" Alex asked Y/N.
"Yes."
"Show me." Alex said. Y/N pulled out a book from his bag and showed Alex. "Cool. Now, Give it to me." Alex said.
"Why?"
"So I can copy, idiot!"
"No. You are supposed to do it yourself." Y/N shook his head.
"Don't teach me, genius. Come on, Give it." Alex tried to snatch the book from Y/N's hands.
"No, Alex, back off!" Y/N exclaimed. Alex and Y/N had a serious snatching competition. They both got their hands on the book and they both tried to pull it in opposite directions which tore the book in half. "What the-Alex, You tore my book!" Y/N exclaimed.
"You did that yourself." Alex shrugged.
"How am I supposed to show my homework in next period!"
"That sounds like a YOU problem." Alex crossed her arms. Y/N pushed Alex viciously against the locker. "What-" He got very close to her face and pointed his finger.
"Listen here princess, I am being friendly doesn't mean I am some boy you can mess or bully around with. If I lose it... It won't be good for either of us. So be careful!" Y/N exclaimed. Alex was to stunned to speak. Not because of Y/N's aggressiveness, but because she could notice his eyes changing their colour.
"That's enough Mr. Dagon!" Y/N was pulled back forcefully by his principal. "This is a school and I did not expect this unpleasant behaviour from your side, Mr. Dagon."
"She tore my book." Y/N said, looking down.
"There's no excuse for it. You got yourself a detention, Mr. Dagon." Mr laritate crossed his arms.
"It's not HIS mistake, Mr. Laritate. His reaction was completely acceptable. I did ruin his homework and tore his book." Alex said.
"You both got a detention this Saturday!" Mr laritate yelled at both of them and went back to his cabin. Y/N bent down to pick up his bag and his books.
"Soo....I Guess We both got a detention now." Alex said as she got down and helped him pick his books. Y/N said nothing and left. Alex was acting normal but deep down she knew it was her mistake and she didn't even say sorry. Now she knows, Y/N tries his best to hide the fact that he is short tempered. One more thing which was bothering her was, Y/N's reaction. The way his eyes changed the colour when he lost his temper and it changed back to normal when he was talking to Mr. Laritate.
"How does he do that? What is he?" Alex wondered.

"Its this weekend. You should really come and watch me win first place for best outfit." Harper said. She was inviting Alex to go with her in fashion week, where contestants are ranked and awarded for the best outfit.
"You think you are going to win that?" Alex scoffed.
"Yes, I am definitely going to win that." Harper huffed.

"Are you being sarcastic? I really dont like when you do that."
"No, I am not. I am cheering you up YAY! my best friend is taking part in fashion week and she is going to win that! "
"Thanks Alex, you really are my best friend." Harper smiled.
"Yeah. But I can't be there."
"Why not?"
"I have got a detention this week." Alex said.
"Alex! Why don't you do your homeworks on time?" Harper sighed. Alex was about to answer but her eyes fell on Justin. He was sitting with his face in his arms and he had a depressed look. Alex quickly walked towards him.
"What's up, Justin? Why the long face?" Alex shook her brother, gently.
"I miss Juliet."
"You are still not over her?" Alex sighed.
"I fall in love fast. You know what's different about this time is, when I'm not with her, my heart hurts." Justin said with tearful eyes.
"I believe you. I mean Normally you pout for 30 minutes and then when I wave a little action figure in front of your face and your fine." Alex said.
"Not this time. This is one crime that captain jimbob sherwood cant so-"
"OH MY GOSH! Come with me!" Alex held Justin's hand and took him into their wizard lair. She searched around a shelf and grabbed a box. She opened the box and pulled out a pair of glasses. "Take this. You will look completely different when these are on." Alex handed it to Justin and he put the glasses on to test it. "And be careful with those. I might need it anytime soon."
"These are so cool! Juliet, I'm coming!" Justin immediately rushed to Juliet's house in excitement.
"Wait, Wait. What's the hurry?" Alex stood infront of the door, not allowing Justin to leave.
"What?"
"I need you to give me the keys to that book shelf."
"That BOOK shelf?"
"Mhmm.."
"I thought Alex Russo does not read books." Justin crossed his arms.
"Yeah-I-uhmm- I was-Come on, Justin, just give me the keys!"
"That shelf contains some of the most secret, magical and other-worldly books. Dad trusted me to look after them and I can't trust you with that." Justin shook his head.
"Alright then give me back my glasses."
"These are not YOUR glasses."
"Those are not YOUR books!" Alex snatched the glasses from Justin.
"Alex! Give 'em back!"
"I want the keys."
"Fine.." Justin waved his wand and a bunch of keys appeared in his hands. "Here you go. Make sure you return those keys as earliest as possible." Justin handed Alex the keys and Alex handed him the magical glasses.

"Alex? Are you in here?" Harper entered the lair, looking for Alex. "oh, here you are. What are you re-YOU ARE READING A BOOK?" She exclaimed when she found Alex sitting on the couch and reading a book.
"Ye-yeah. I can't read a book?" Alex immediately closed the book and tried to hide it.
"What book is that? Show me?" Harper tries to snatch it from alex but fails.
"Harper! No. This is a-uhm-secret-magical-yeah. Only wizards are supposed to read this." Alex waved her wand and made the book disappear. "Why are you here, anyways?"
"Oh, I forgot. There's a girl outside who wants to meet you."
"Meet me?"
"Yeah. She's already waiting." Harper said. Alex and harper went back to the restaurant. There was a girl with short brown and curly hair, wearing blue paisley print dress. Alex quickly recognized the girl.
"Brenna?"
"Hi, uhm-Alex!" Brenna got up from her place to greet her.
"Hii. You here?"
"Yeah, I wanted to talk to you. Is that okay?"
"Of course, yeah. What's up?"
"Can we talk somewhere more private?" Brenna asked.
"Don't worry, No one is coming to this restaurant since there's a better sandwich shop down this same street." Alex scoffed.
"I mean, her." Brenna whispered and gestured her eyes towards harper.
"I am not going anywhere, why would I go somewhere else when my bestfriend is sitting here with a complete stranger. Nope. Whatever you want to talk do-" Harper started her rambling.
"Harper!" Alex raised her brow.
"Fine." Harper sighed and left in a huff.
"Thank you." Brenna said as Alex and her got seated. "I don't know where to start...I just wanted to say sorry for what my brother did."
"Its totally fine. I forg-"
"No its not. He is very short tempered. He did so many things in his past which we still regret about. What he did was stopped at the right time or else it would have lead to treacherous events." Brenna said.
"I am sorry. What do you mean by treacherous events? I mean he was just mad at me for the mistake I did. What would possibly have gone wrong? He would have hurt me, that's it." Alex shrugged.
"You don't-."
"I should say sorry, not him."
"No Alex! You don't get it!"
"I don't get what?"
"You are a Wizard, aren't you?"
"A what?" Alex chuckled. "What are you talking about?"
"I know everything Alex. You and your brothers are wizards, that girl Juliet and her family is a Vampire. I know cuz I am from Wizard world too and so is my brother."
"Wait-What? I knew it! But you guys aren't wizards, are you?"
"No." Brenna shook her head.
"Then what are you? Warewolves? Elves? hybrids? mimics?"
"None of them."
"Then what?" Alex asked. Before Brenna could answer, the door behind them threw open and Van heusens stormed in.
"Mr. and Mrs. Russo!" Alucard yelled. Justin and Juliet walked in, looking down and their faces full of guilt.
"Oh God." Alex sighed. She stood near Justin and whispered. "You had the glasses?"
"I tripped on the floor and the glasses came off and Juliet's mom saw me." Justin whispered back.
"urgh! Idiot." Alex sighed.
"What happened?" Jerry and theresa asked.
"Your son was at our restaurant, talking with our daughter!" Alucard exclaimed.
"Justin, you were there again?" Theresa asked.
"I thought we warned you about not dating the vampires?" Jerry said.
"Dad, we really like each other. We can't stay away from each other." Justin said.
"That's it! I did not expected this from you. Alex, you are officially the good child of this family, now." Jerry said.
"Oh, Come on dad! seriously?" Alex rolled her eyes. "What did he really do? Just fell in love, is that it? Is that really a bigger mistake than what mischievous things I always do? Is falling in love a crime in this family?"
"She is right honey. They both really like each other and we can't let our business competition get in between them." Theresa said to Jerry.
"Justin you are back to your best child of the family title." Jerry smiled.
"Wait does that mean, Juliet and I can date?" Justin asked.
"Yes." Jerry and theresa nodded, collectively.
"Mom, Dad?" Juliet turned to her parents to get their permission. Alucard and Cindy took a moment to shake their head in agreement.
"Yay!" Justin and Juliet hugged in excitement. Everyone looked happy except Alex. She was looking around the whole restaurant but she couldn't find Brenna. She was with her just before the Van Heusens arrived and now she is gone. How can she disappear in plain sight?
