Elsa got up the next minute and stepped out of her room headed for the dining room after preparing for class. Liam didn't return the previous night, he was with that lady the whole night. He's cheated on her but got angry when she slept in someone else's house. What a clown, she thought. She'd make him pay, she's decided their stupid marriage is done, it's always stated that distant relationships never last and that's true.
They should end everything now before things get hysterical, he could move around the world f**king whatever's found beneath a skirt like he does when she's not around. Just cause he's so handsome and has women swooping around him, doesn't mean he'd cheat on her. She had no idea what to think anymore, all she wanted to do at this point was cry and not even go out. But it's her second day at school, in fact, the first week in college, and she can't keep missing school.
"Good morning madam, how was your night?" She suddenly asked, her eyes not missing the shocking expression on the little girl's face. "Great, it was great," Elsa responded. "The drug on your bedside table boss instructed you to take a tablet from it." The old housekeeper said as instructed. Though she had a lot to say, she just didn't want to offend her already furious madam.
She could visualize everything she heard the previous day. Elsa felt her cheek warm up and her face flush at the woman's words, how could she have forgotten what had happened between them. Liam didn't go easy on her and she enjoyed every bit of it.
"Hmm, yes thank you." She said before sitting to eat, picking up a slice of bread she realized she hasn't seen her bestie since the first day of school. Elsa switched on her phone to see 200 messages and many phone calls from both Jesse and Preya. Amidst all the messages she noticed one from a special number which had her heart ribbing out of her chest. It was a message from Liam, but she was too upset with him to read it, and as if he knew, he called immediately.
Not just any call, but a video call. She quickly switched off her phone, there is no way she'd be talking to a cheat. He claims to have a wife yet is not satisfied with her body, yes she knew she wasn't a match when it came to the pretty lady she saw, but why did he have to accept the marriage and use her if he would still cheat. But then again, according to Preya, that's what men do, and no matter what, Liam is a man.
'No', she thought, there's no justification for his actions, she would never forgive him. "Where is Jesse has she already left?" She asked the housekeeper, "No madam, miss Jesse left the house two days ago in search of you and she hasn't returned." The old woman let out.
Letting out a deep frustrating sigh was Elsa who picked up her purse and walked away. She got into her car, unfortunately, Scorpion was now her new chauffeur and bodyguard which means her privacy was taken. Anything said in the car or in his presence would be said to Liam directly, he would know everything about her from now on.
She stepped out of the car while they arrived at school and headed for her department without making eye contact with anyone. Her first class was over and the next teacher came almost immediately, she hasn't seen Preya since the beginning of class nor had she seen Jesse around anywhere. She had no idea what was going on, neither of them was picking up her calls.
Few students left the lecture hall for a fresh set to step in, "You have so guts don't you? You have no idea who Dante is, do you? You disrespected his mother before him, such nerve." Josephine the rude girl from the elite table back at their welcome party sat next to her. Elsa's rude behavior didn't skip her ears especially since she was the one who informed Victoria about the girl.
Never has she seen anyone reject signing the contract of keeping all of Dante's acts a secret except Elsa, and one thing she still could not understand was how she was able to leave that house unharmed. Josephine felt intrigued by the girl's bravery even if she knows she's just dug her grave with the royal family. As long as Dante doesn't leave her alone which he wouldn't, she would be in serious trouble.
"I'm sure you could very much see that I don't care, do me a favour and tell him to stay far away from me as I would too." Not seeing Jesse and Liam walking away with that stranger was already eating her up, she was already going insane. The talk of a guy she barely knew was nothing to her, she cared less about him promising not to make the same mistake she made before, which was talking to him in the first place.
He had zero respect for women, and his guts is what she hated the most, the fact he claimed her to be his even before asking her out officially irritated her more than anything. She was not some toy to be played with or used, she's a human that should be respected. "La Dante will never leave, your stubbornness has only made matters worst."
"Wow, they're already hanging out? The two new hottest girls in art class are already friends." Both girls could hear whispers of people from behind them and they turned to see who was talking. They're not friends and will never be, at least they knew this.
"You came." Elsa met the gaze of the person that just stepped in, with an expressionless face. His both hands were deeped into his pocket as he stared at her. Elsa on the other hand said nothing to him, just as she's decided, she would avoid him and not even talk to him. "The silent treatment huh?" He sat next to her to continue with the lesson going on.
Hard to get is his favorite game, she just challenged him and he was ready to go all-in in this game. He was ready to prove her wrong, to let her know he could have her whenever he wanted. After giving lots of thought to what happened, Dante made his discovery on the man who was at his house the previous day, only to find out the deadliest thing about this man.
The girl sitted next to him, she isn't as common as he jad thought, the Blacks were not just one of those rich families he knew of, they were powerful and Mr. Black is the source of that power. He had a lot to ask her, maybe this time his men are wrong, maybe even their discoveries are wrong, he wanted her to tell him everything he's heard was not true.
But the girl sitted next to him, didn't look like one who was ready to talk, she was annoyingly stubborn. And at some point, he feels like just grabbing her and kissing the hell out of her, but no, that would be him signing his death.

Just as promised, liam arrived at the Berg's mansion for Morgan's birthday party, his meeting with the man was to be held in this mansion but after his daughters' party. It is her wish that Mr. Black attends her party even if it's just one last time since she couldn't have him to herself knowing he's married.
But she had a second thought, seeing him again brought back the feelings she thought she had buried, in other to get him back, She decided to involve her father. Maybe his influence can make Liam see things the way she does. They were once lovers, she didn't think it'll be hard to get attracted to her again.
But what conflicted her thought was the little girl she had seen with him earlier, and from the look of things, they seemed pretty close. She tried finding out a thing or two about the girl but she found nothing, the girl had no identity. Maybe Liam is only helping her, or could she be his wife, the one everyone talks about but has never been able to see?
The party was filled to its brim, while Liam stepped in through the front door, Morgan got in through the back cause she had to dress up and prepare for her party. Her meeting with Liam in that country was accidental but she was more than thankful she met him there. This is a good sign, a new start in their relationship, a new chapter of her life has just begun.
Liam has called that little jealous demon of his for hours now and all he keeps getting back was that she wasn't available. He knew she was upset with him but how to make her understand was another issue. She's never ghosted him this much before and it worried him.
