"Yes, you need to sign these files before leaving sir." Klaus walked at the moment Carlos left his master dropping some paperwork on the table. "Who are they from?" Asked Liam with a thoughtful expression, the man before him pushed his glasses back up to his nose sniffing the air a bit before parting his lips to speak.
Klaus is a tall-looking advanced man who has served his master for years now. He was here when Liam started and is still here with the man, he's one of Liam's most trusted workers. He had thought today was like every other day where his master would sign most documents without checking.
They always planned when they give him these papers when he's most tired and weak that he can't even open his eyes. It could take days to see him that way, but they'll patiently wait just to steal from him.
Klaus's legs and voice trembled a bit but he cleared his thought to appear bold, Liam reads people's facial expressions and body language. There was no point being suddenly scared of someone you already work for if you're clean. "They're receipts from our VVIP suppliers and most partnership deals from local investors." He said.
"I never asked for this Klaus, if there are any investors or sales, Carlos should be the one in charge of it." He rubbed his forehead trying to relieve himself from stress, "Since I'm here sir, you can just sign it." Klaus started. "Last week, there was a leakage, are you aware of that?" He asked going through the paper works one after another gradually. "N... No sir, not any I'm aware of." Klaus responded trying to keep himself together. He watched Liam go through the papers one after another, but his facial expression gave out nothing.
Klaus could already feel his heart palpitating wildly trying to escape through his chest. He didn't know if he answered the right or wrong question, he was tired of his boss and his indirect questions, where only smart people can escape from his questions. "There was an actual leakage from one of the tanks you were meant to watch during the night. We lost 1.3 billion, cause of your derelictions, and you said you aren't aware." Liam dropped all the papers and met the man's eyes. This time the question was direct.
"I... I had no idea, sir." Klaus managed to speak. "How long have you been doing this? This fake paper works, stealing from me. How long have you done this?" Liam suddenly asked.

"I can't believe everything I thought Dante was is not true." Preya started as both girls headed for school after wearing their clothes and applying light makeup. "We haven't clarified anything yet, and can we please stop talking about Dante my ears are beginning to burn out. Elsa stated trying to calm her nerves. No one has annoyed like he did except of course Liam. She couldn't tell why, he thinks so highly of himself, yes he's so handsome and so her spec but that was nothing. He wasn't even close to being as angelic as Liam is. She thought.
"Alright geez, I didn't mean to offend you." Preya said, "He's not even that great, there are so many other guys better than he is and will ever be." Elsa added. "I'm sorry love, if you despise him so much, then I wouldn't talk about him anymore promise," Preya added. Both girls stepped out of the car and headed for the building where the welcome party was meant to be held. All there was on Elsa's mind was to prove Dante wrong, she's not some cite innocent child, she's now a woman that's old enough to make her decisions.
"Woah, let the party begin." Someone at the back said as they both stepped, she's never attended this kind of party before, the girls in there were literally naked for a first-year student party. The school building had been turned into a nightclub, what rich kids do was unbelievable and unspeakable. Until you're in that circle, you'd never understand for real. Both girls found their way to the bartender to get drinks, they had no idea what the drinks felt or tasted like, or if they added drugs to the drink. For both of them, this is their first teens party together, "This is not the 19th-century girls, but congratulations, you just brought a trend for the next generation of newbies." Another cute guy walked up to them. Elsa felt uncomfortable at the eyes glaring at her.
"I'm Klein, nice to meet one of the most popular girls this year." He brought his hands for a handshake and Preya shook him, she got attracted to him at first glance that she couldn't help herself. "You're so hot." She said earning slight blush on his cheek, "Coming from you, it means a lot to me, can I get you a drink?" He asked politely and Preya didn't bulge to give her friend up, accepting Klein's offer without a second thought.
Elsa went back to the bartender to change her drink and sit in a corner watching the rest of the students from her unrecognizable corner in her own space. She shouldn't have attended this party, Dante was right even if she hated to admit it, this felt so strange to her, she was so uncomfortable.
"Hmm, she came in jeans rather than the usual, that's a cultural reset." She turned to stare at the figure fitted next to her, Dante the boy in her thoughts. He smiled at their alarmed expression, "You came, and still didn't prove me wrong." He said. "I'm here now so what's your point?"
"You thought you'd be unrecognizable if you stayed at this corner, didn't you? Come here the party just got lit." Elsa was dragged away from her seat to a table filled with guys and a few ladies. "He_yyy, Dante already got himself a hottie eeee." One of the guys said waving his hands in the air.
All the members of the table were drop-dead gorgeous including the few ladies among them, "Dante this is the elite table, not for commoners." A brunette girl spoke with so much disgust and irritation towards her. "She's no commoner Josephine, she's my girlfriend so you have to address her rightly." He said suddenly drawing the seat for Elsa to seat. When she hesitated a bit, he forced her to seat. It was common for him to boss her around, being he was two times her size.
"I'm not your girlfriend and will never be, you don't force such a title on people!" Came Elsa's reply which came as a whisper, "Oh trust me, you're already head over heels for me." He said through gritted teeth but close to her ears. What he felt for his newly found friend was not clear, but he enjoys her company more than anyone he's seen.
As a prince, mingling with people was a no-no for Dante, all his friends were given contracts to sign not to reveal his identity to anyone. It made many people stay clear of him except the ones on the table, they were okay with whoever he was.
Josephine watched Dante and Elsa argue calmly with distaste, she knew Dante so well to know when he has a crush on someone even if he doesn't want to admit it. She's always wished he could look at her as he does to others, but that was not possible, not when girls like Elsa kept coming on their way.
"Let's play a game." One of the guys suggested noticing how intense their table got, "What game do you suggest then?" Dante asked diverting his attention for the first time from Elsa, the girl who already looked red from his words to her. "Never have I ever," Raymond suggested to see the rest agree immediately.
"I'll start." Dante said, "Never have I ever had sex before." He said to see the girl beside him drink from her cup...

"Tell me why I shouldn't steal from you, I've worked for you for years but never have I ever been acknowledged for my good works. You promoted everyone I know except me. I'm still stuck here, still doing what I've been doing for years." Klaus raised his voice to speak. It was time to speak up even if he knew he had a 50_50 chance of being dead or alive.
"That is still not a good reason to steal from me, Klaus." A bullet hole was found in his hands, just as his boss's theory goes, slow death is the sweetest of them all. Slow and painful death satisfied him to his soul. "Sir your jet is ready." John stepped in only to witness another horrific sight in his master's office.
If only these people would listen and remain loyal, but humans can never be loyal. It's in our nature to ways be rebellious. "Tell Carlos to take care of this mess before arriving at the event," Liam ordered stepping out of his office. "Yes sir, and also madam." He paused and met the man's gaze, "What about my wife?"
"She's been seen around a guy recently and right now they're at their welcome party for freshmen." Liam gritted his teeth for the briefest moment before returning his face to normal. That little stubborn wife of his, he wouldn't blame her, she's too beautiful not to get noticed especially by preys that only want to feast on beautiful women.
He let out a frustrating sigh, now he's thought about it, maybe taking her far was a bad idea. "Tell Scorpion to keep a keen eye on her at all times." He started and walked away.
