"Yes, Auntie... Maybe I just looked like her," Clara said with a grin after smiling gratefully at the man.
She hurriedly stood up from the bed and bowed frantically while bidding them goodbye then rushed out of the room.
'B...But my Pearl also had dimples.'
She could hear the woman's voice after closing the door and she groaned helplessly. 'Almost everyone in the world has dimples. Argh!'
Her eyes quickly darted around and she turned toward the direction she had followed with the maid, then rushed down the stairs and out of the huge door.
Panting heavily, she instantly spotted the car waiting in front of the mansion gate and she rearranged her cloth which was crumpled from the women's tight hugs then hurried toward the car and entered the backseat.
"Clara, what is wrong? Why are you sweating?" Mira asked with a frown while watching her friend's flabbergasted expression.
Clara splayed her hand on her chest and shook her head rapidly. "No, Mira, I'm f..fine," she replied hurriedly then glanced at Jack who was sitting in the driver's seat.
'Poor guy.' She had never expected his mother's condition to be this severe.
Jack sighed heavily, after glancing at her through the rearview mirror then started driving out of the mansion.
Lily who was also sitting in the passenger side also sighed inside and rested her head on the headrest. The times she had also gone to see her mother-in-law, the woman's condition was not getting better.
She sighed again then turned her head sideways and continued staring at the guy's side profile with a small smile.
In the back seat, Mira's eyes were also fixed on her friend as she watched her silently while sighing inside.
After some minutes, Clara turned to her friend with a sigh. "Mira, we're going to receive a real scolding from Mr. Long tomorrow... I can't believe I've totally forgotten about work, we should have gone back earlier."
"Huh?" Mira frowned then glanced at Lily who was staring back at her calmly. She sighed heavily then turned to her friend. "Clara, I forgot to tell you... I've actually quit," she said softly and sighed inside again. Just how many things had she forgotten?
"What!?... Why?" Clara's eyes widened and she splayed a hand on her chest. Not expecting what her friend had said. As far as she remembers, Mira had only taken a few weeks off, after complaining that she was sick.
"Clara? What kind of phone would you like? I'll buy a new one for you immediately we reach City M." Jack quickly diverted her attention.
"Oh, any kind will do... Thank you so much," she replied with a small smile.
"Anything for you, my dear sister-in-law," Jack replied with a chuckle and sighed inside again.
After noticing her weird behavior, he had asked Lily who had informed him everything. He can't believe she couldn't even remember that he had confessed to her and had even gone to the province. He looked ahead with another sigh as the car drove through the city.
Clara glanced out of the window as she watched the beautiful view of the city, which she didn't have time to admire when they arrive here because it was nighttime already.
Her thoughts drifted to Jack's mother and she sighed inside. The woman was really pitiful. She had seen a mother who was eagerly yearning for her lost child in her.
Mira also glanced out of the other window while contemplating what would happen next. She had never thought that her friend's memory loss will be this drastic.
She had obviously forgotten anything related to Big brother and his family. Even the day that she had told her about her baby and later when she united with Zach.
She bit her lower lips with a soft sigh and wiped the tear that had trickled down her face, as she watched the magnificent view of the city outside the window.
The car ride was silent as they neared the airport, with only the couple at the front, chatting now and then.
The Sun had started setting when they finally arrived at the airport and they all strolled lazily toward the waiting area with their luggages as a driver was already waiting to take the car back home.
Their flight was soon called and they boarded the plane which took off in no time.

__ The Next Morning __
** City M **
Zach hurried behind his brother who had a small smile on his face and he chuckled.
"Big bro... do you mean you can remember everything now? Are all the memories back," he asked excitedly as they walked out of the airport toward the car where the assistant was already waiting for them with their luggages.
"Mm," Carl replied and sighed inside as the smile was still plastered on his face.
It was actually not his fault and he knew it. Remembering the excruciating pains he had gone through during his comma, it was really worth it.
"Then... What are you going to do about the mysterious man? Oh I mean, men." Zach quickly corrected himself as his brother had mentioned that he actually saw two people before being hypnotized.
They entered the car and David started driving.
Carl's brows furrowed slightly as his thoughts wandered to those two men.
For many years, he had thought that the mysterious man was after him and even some of the attacks he was having lately, he had attributed it to him. However, he's now confused if the man was really a friend or a foe.
"Big bro?" Seeing that his brother was now deep in thought, Zach called out then sighed inside.
All these years, his brother had been searching for this man. However, now that he remembered everything__
"Start searching for them."
His brother's voice broke him out of his thoughts and he quickly nodded.
"Okay," He replied and sighed in relief, remembering their portraits that his brother had drawn. It was going to be easy to find them__ he hopes so.
