Uchiha clan
In the Naka shrine main hall, beneath the seventh tatami mat from the far right, is a secret meeting place of the Uchiha clan. Currently, this place is filled with people.
Facing the crowd stood Uchiha Fugaku and the elders of the clan.
An old man stood up from the right side of Fugaku and said "We are here to have new discussions about the Fourth Hokage..".
Like a dam burst open all the clansmen voiced out their indignation.
"SILENCE" Fugaku roared bringing an end to the clamor.
Before anyone could interrupt "I understand there is an injustice done to our clan like many times before and many that could happen. Hokage and his prejudiced council looked upon us." Fugaku said which got many angry nods.
"I can imagine what you want to do. That plan has a high chance of failure" Fugaku took a pause "But there is hope for us. A chance for a better future. We were robbed of our chances for decades. We waited for our chance patiently during all that time. Let's wait patiently for a few years." he continued.
Fugaku got many looks of disapproval, "Yandaime Hokage Namikaze Minato has good relations with all Konoha's clans including ours. He isn't like his predecessor, the first thing Minato said to me after exiting Hokage's room is to apologize for Sandaime's mistake".
Fugaku looked around the room to see looks of surprise so he continued "I trust Minato, so trust me or I will spearhead the coup otherwise."
Fugaku's statement got accepted and with that, the meeting came to a close and everyone made their made home.
Minato is having a wonderful time since his promotion to Hokage. Since this morning he spent the day with his friends and is making his way home. Minato is also planning to take the next step in life once this clamor died down.
Minato soon entered his home and helped Kushina with prepping for the dinner with the Uchiha patriarch's family.
"Where did Hiroto go ?" Minato asked his girlfriend.
"As usual training with Itachi. Speaking of training I think it's time to teach Hiroto shadow clones so that he can start working on Fūinjutsu" told the Uzumaki.
"Yeah. Do you think we should tell him about our shifting plan today? As the house is gonna be ready to move in around the same time as the day I take Hokage's office." Minato probed.
"Yeah, I don't know how he is gonna take it," Kushina said with worry.
The couple spent the rest of the day in silence.
Soon Hiroto arrived and night came.
Itachi soon arrived at Hiroto's home with his parents and his mother rang the doorbell as Itachi couldn't with a gift in his hands for Minato prepared by his parents on his appointment as Hokage.
The door opened and Minato welcomed them in soon Kushina arrived from the dining table's direction with Hiroto following her.
Itachi gave his gift to Minato and soon they sat around the dining table.
After dinner Kushina, and Mikoto are talking nearby Itachi and Hiroto are playing whereas the two men left the room and had a talk. Minato asked Fugaku to have some discussions regarding their plans when they become Hokage.
Minato had an enlightening experience talking with Fugaku. After a few hours, the Uchiha family left.
Minato is nervous and Kushina is fidgeting about how Hiroto is going to take it. Minato made Hiroto sit on the sofa and Kushina sat by Hiroto's side. Minato kneeled facing Hiroto to face the latter at eye level.
"Hiroto we are gonna have a new home soon." Minato announced.
"Oh good when are we gonna move there ?" Hiroto asked with a smile.
"So what are we gonna do with this house ?" asked an anxious Hiroto as he had many memories of this house. Hiroto also has a deep emotional attachment with this house as this is the house his birth parents built, being in this house felt like his birth parents holding him.
Unknown to him tears started around his eyes. Hiroto felt a hug from his right side he turned his head to see his mother holding him tight. "It's okay Hiroto. The new house is very near like a minute away if you want we can come here and stay for a few days every week." Hiroto felt joy hearing this.
Minato chose this location specifically because the current house is near the Senju clan compound. Senju compound also has guest houses for the Uzumaki clan in case any Uzumaki arrived at Konoha. As the clan compound is empty there are hardly any people who come goes to this side of the village Minato also took this into consideration because very few people can disturb him.
Hiroto fell asleep and Kushina carried him to bed as he clutched her tightly. Minato and Kushina slept on his bed on either side of him.
"When you grow up we want you to have this Hiroto. We want you to start a family here. That way I can see Hiroko-nii and Mizuko-nee in you" thought Kushina and Minato. Kushina kissed Hiroto's forehead and fell asleep.
A few months passed by,
A few notable things happened Orochimaru's inhumane experiments came to light which caused quite a stir in the village and he is listed in the bingo book by Konoha as a missing-nin. Minato donned his Hokage robe a few weeks later and became Yondaime Hokage.
Minato married Kushina a few months after Minato took office. They had a low-key ceremony with only a few close friends considering their respective status as Hokage and jinchuriki but Minato is sad that Jiraiya couldn't make it as he is hot on Orochimaru's trials so he sent a present.
Minato and Kushina also shifted to their new house. Hiroto accompanied them to the new house only with a few pairs of clothes when asked the reason. Hiroto replied, "If I need something I will come here, but there is a chance I won't come here if I had everything at the new house." The adults can only nod in understanding.
The Uchiha clan also had happy as their matriarch is pregnant with her second child. Itachi is very happy with the news and Hiroto also wanted a younger sibling his wish came a few months later.
Kushina is experiencing nausea and vomits for a few days so she left for Konoha hospital after Minato left for the office, Hiroto went to the Uchiha clan for Fugaku's lesson that day.
Kushina returned home with an extremely happy smile and walked very carefully along the way and sent word to Minato with the help of Anbu who is in her security detail.
Minato rushed home after receiving the message from Kushina. As soon as he rushed home Kushina hugged him tight and said "You're gonna be a father Minato" with tears of joy. Minato took a few minutes to break out of his trance.
Minato kissed Kushina fiercely and mumbled slowly "Our family is gonna get bigger" with tears of joy. Kushina in the same state mumbled "Yes..". Like that the couple spent the best day of their life hugging each other in silence.
Hiroto returned home that evening and saw his parents in the living room. Hiroto greeted them and the couple turned to him.
"Hiroto you are gonna be a big brother" Kushina gave her adopted son the happy news.
Hiroto froze, and Minato and Kushina saw him not responding for a few minutes. The couple thought he might be having insecurities. "Hiroto.." Minato tried to reason there will be no need for insecurities.
"HAHAHA... I will be a big brother.." Hiroto jumped in joy squashing the couple's doubts. Hiroto then rushed to Kushina but suddenly stopped thinking if it was ok. Kushina saw through her son's doubts so she took the initiative to hug him, Minato also soon joined the hug.
Minato and Kushina shared the happy news with their close friends. For the next few days, Itachi was irritated by his best friend's smug smile.
