I tried to leave but Ezra grabbed me by my waist. "I'm not done yet. Your-"

Ezra brought a shirt and gave it to me while keeping her head lowered.
"Aren't you gonna take a bath?"
I snatched the clothes from her hands and locked myself in her bathroom.
After washing up and wearing the clothes I went down stairs since Ezra wasn't in her room. No one was seem to be in the hotel except some guards.
"Eirene! Hey!" I turned around to see my brother, Jay wearing a suit. We caught up and started talking.
"Feeling better, Jay?"
"Yep! What about you?"
"I am okay. I wasn't that hurt anyways.. Wait why... why are you wearing that??" I asked while pointing my finger at his suit.
"Oh this, you don't know? I thought Ezra or Elijah told you."
"Told me what?"
"Oh well it's ok, I'll tell you. It's the boss's birthday."
"You mean, Issac?"
"Yessa! I'm gonna put everything behind and enjoy to bits today! It's a one in a million chances anyways so.." Jay winked.
"But bro- Aren't you forgetting something?"
"For today, yes I am. Dude, boss never celebrates his birthday but today! So yeah, it's gonna be epic. You should come too."
"N-no I'm not a party per-"
In the middle of our conversation, Ezra and Elijah barged in with a few bags in their hands.
"Oh great you're here. This is a gown from aunty Lizzy. Wear this and come quickly, Oh take the jewels too!" Ezra handed me a bag in a hurry and I quickly left to get ready.
It was a beautiful red elegant shimmering gown with a black faux shawl and matching jewelries along with a pair of high black heels. By the time I got ready, they were already waiting for me in the car.
"Where are we going?"
"To the hotel where the party is being held. It's one of the safest hotels in Mafia."
"Oh.."
"Do you have something on your mind, Eirene?" Elijah asked after a few seconds.
"Yes actually."
"Do tell, gorgeous." Ezra started flirting as usual but this time I kinda liked it.
"Well, princess, your so called dad beat both of you idiots, yesterday and you're acting this way on his birthday like you're very excited and happy!"
"We are.. actually. Even if everything you said were true, we decided to let go of the past and enjoy. Even if it's just for today." Elijah said.
Ezra also added, "Can you do that too? At least just for today? Please?" Her marble-like red eyes started to shimmer again in anticipation.
With no other choice, I said, "Yes." in a quite voice.
We traveled for almost 4hours. I guess the Mafia is a very large place after all.
"Eirene, wake up. We're here." I woke up to Ezra's voice.
It was evening. The party started after like an hour. A lot of guests in elegant clothes were seen. They were talking in groups.
Ezra and Elijah were out to bring the boss safely to the event, while I was just roaming around the food table.
I saw a delicious looking pudding. I was hungry and some other people were also eating so I walked near the pudding.
I was about to take the spoon near it and put some pudding on my plate when my hand touched someone else's hand.
"Oh, my bad. You go first." I looked up to see a man who didn't seem to be much older than Ezra or Elijah. He spoke in a very polite matter.
"What's the matter?" He chuckled and continued, "Don't tell me you're also mesmerized by my handsomeness, like the other gals over there." He showed a group of girls who were giggling and blabbing and shyly looking his way.
Then he moved closer and spoke near my ear, "Oh look the lads over there are also weirdly attracted. And what is that? what are they doing with their fricking hands??"
He spoke in such a nice british accent. When I looked the direction he showed I couldn't help but laugh at the sight of some guys.. apparently 'gay' I suppose..
They were doing a funny thing with their hands like hitting flies.
The guy who was tall, fair and polite laughed along with me. It was such a pleasant meeting.
"I have no idea why they are doing that."
"Right? There aren't even flies or mosquitoes here! Oh by the way, my name is Alexander Examion. Very nice to meet you."
"Pleasure is mine. I'm Eirene De Rosse." We shook hands.
"Eirene? what a unique name! I like your name as much as I like the outfit. You look absolutely stunning."
"Oh thank you. You look very decent."
"You're welcome and thank you young lady!"
"Ezra got this for me."
"Ezra? As in, Ezra and Elijah? The twins? The double trouble?"
I laughed again at the mention of double trouble. "Yeah, you can say that. I suppose.."
"We- I mean the double trouble and I used to be very close buddies. We were a great trio. But a trio never works, right? We got seperated after I went to England."
"Is that where you learnt your accent? It's quite charming."
"Oh this, I always talk like this since the day I was born."
"You're from England?"
"Yes and where is this little lady from?"
"I am from Spain. I have a brother. He is Jay De Rosse. Oh! there he is!"
I waved my hand up in the air to catch my brother's attention who had a champaign glass in his hand. After a few seconds he saw us and caught up with us in a matter of minutes.
"Dude! Hahah!"
Jay and Alexander did a bro hug as if they have known each other for a long time.
"Do you guys know each other?"
"Of course, he is my pal! My best bud. Wait, how come you never told her about me, Jay? You peice of dirt. Is that how you treat your best friend?"
"Yes Jay, that's no way to treat your best friend!"
Jay started laughing and the three of us laughed a bit before finally getting to know each other. While we were talking and laughing, I felt like someone was glaring.
I shook the feeling off but when we were about to eat some cake, I felt someone's presence behind me.
"What did we miss?"
