'WHAT THE FUCK IS GONNA HAPPEN NOW??' I was panicking, I didn't know what to do! I was rooted to the ground and couldn't move an inch of my body.
My heart was racing. Everything was intense. Even Angel looked terrified. The twins looked ready to kill each other and the crowd was cheering like they were watching a battle or something. 'Ugh, so annoying!'
"Gentlemen."
Just when the twins were about to start fighting, we heard a very deep voice of a young man and it made everyone's heads turn toward the voice. I also turned to see who it was and OH MY GOD!
"YAKGRAH!?" 'Wtf is he doing here!!!?'
He grinned. The same creepy grin he always have on his face which reminded me of everything that happened between us and every hard situation I had to go through because of him.
"Are you men seriously gonna fight over a girl?"
His voice sounded deep, calm and serious which added to the creepiness.
"Oh wait, this one's a gal."
Yakgrah said looking at Ezra who looked like she was ready to beat the shit out of both Elijah and Yakgrah.
"Angel, dear, I've missed you." He looked at Angel who was beside me and spread his arms for a hug. To my surprise, Angel ran to him and hugged him tight saying, "I missed you too, brother."
'WHAT THE ABSOLUTE FUCK DID I JUST HEAR?!'
"BROTHER??" I asked in shock.
"Y-yeah.. why do you sound so tense? Anyways meet Eirene, my half sister. And Eirene, this is my step brother, Yakgrah."
"We have actually met before-"
"Yeah! At a.. night club!"
Yakgrah sounded like he's hiding his true colours from his step sister.
I smirked as he came forward for a hug. I just offered him my hand. He stopped in his tracks and shook hands with me saying, "Very. Happy. Birthday.. Eirene."
He sounded like he was trying to threaten me. My smirk grew wider. His grin then faded like he had realised that he couldn't threaten me.
"Children! stop staring at each other like you're trying to eat each other alive." Issac, the boss, was there along with my aunt, Lizzy.
"Yeaaas, mon cherries! Oh.. Oh... Eireneya! look how fabulous you look!" Aunt Lizzy came forward and hugged me so tight that I couldn't even breath properly.
"Oh.. huhahah! Thanks, auntie.. can you please ah-" Just then she moved away holding and shaking my hands and wishing me a happy birthday.
She was shaking my hands like a crazy person and Ezra who looked like a raging bull now started shedding tears because she laughed so much watching the scene.
'Gosh, so annoying!'
After getting herself together, she winked at me and looked at Elijah, grining. I instantly understood what she meant and felt my cheeks go red! 'Ughfff..' I rolled my eyes stopped shaking hands with aunt.
"Thank you very much for coming here to celebrate our dear Eirene's birthday everyone! Now that Issac is here too, I think we should cut the cake and start the celebrations!"
Alex sounded like a real Gentleman and I was smiling after he was done speaking.
There was a royal cake in the middle of the celebrating area and the lights went out again, letting the candles brighten the place, again.
'Wow.' The hotel looked like heaven again! This was some place I could live happily forever!
As I cut the cake, a slow happy birthday song was sung by Angel. I've gotta admit, she sounded just like an angel from heaven. 'Well matched!'
I cut a small piece of cake and just when happiness started pouring into my chest, I saw Elijah and Ezra standing right near me. I was in between them.
If I fed Ezra first, Elijah is gonna be pissed. If I fed Elijah first, Ezra is gonna be pissed! I couldn't decide what to do. My actions could lead to some serious problems. This is Mafia alright.
I was turning my body a bit towards Ezra's side when suddenly Lizzy jumped in out of no where and happily took a bite. That must be the only moment I actually appreciated what she did.
After her, Issac took a bite. Then Jay and Yakgrah also jumped in to take a bite. I swear he almost ate my finger off. 'WTF, bitch!?'
Anyways, I wanted to feed Angel but she was still in the singing area. She was talking the DJ boy and whispered something to him. The DJ boy smiled and nodded.
Angel then happily came towards me and took the last bite of the cake. The others cheered on and clapped. "Aren't we gonna share some cake with the others here?" I asked aunt Lizzy.
She uttered, "Don't worry! mon cherri! They'll get to eat some cake after the party!"
"Oh..kay." I was about to eat some more cake when Angel grabbed my hand and lead me to the dancing area. The DJ boy started playing very loud hight beat songs that make you wanna dance forever!
There were even neon lights, making it feel like a club. I would be stupid to let go of this opportunity. I loved dancing anyways. Most important of all, it was MY DAY.
Angel started dancing and mannn she was wild! I started moving my hips and dancing, completely letting the music take over my body. Some others also joined us as we danced like there was no tomorrow!
Everyone was looking at us, time to time. Some even tried to join and fit in with us but our dancing skills were unmatched! Angel was also getting tired and she couldn't keep up with me.
While I still danced energetically, she gave up mid-way and went to find some water. Did I stop too? You kidding? No way baby! dancing is MY THING!
Ezra and Jay also joined me and danced in their own way to the beat. I dragged Alex forcefully to come dance with us. He was hesitant at first but then he casually danced.
"I'mnogdtdncing."
"WHAT?"
"I! AM NOT! GOOD AT DANCING!!"
"But you're doing okay! I like the way you dance like a chicken."
I laughed, just a bit and Ezra and Jay also started laughing.
Jay said, "I CAN TELL WHY YOU WERE HESITANT TO JOIN! BAHAHAHA!!"
"JAY! STOP!"
"WHY, CAN'T I INSULT MY BEST BUD!?"
Suddenly, Ezra started laughing like a maniac.
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT BITCH?"
I heard Yakgrah from a bit afar. Seems like he had also been dancing. I just gave him an annoyed look and turned to Ezra.
"YOU GUYS ARE SO LOUD! YOU ARE YELLING AT EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF TALKING!"
"YOU'RE DOING THE SAME THING MOTHER FUCKER!" Elijah joined us too.
The music was too loud that we had to actually yell in order to communicate. "HEY! LET'S JUST KEEP ON MOVING DA HIPSSS!" My fun side was back.
We all were smiling while dancing the night away. Just when Angel appeared again, the loud music dropped and a slow music started playing.
Everyone started coupling up. Jay coupled up with a random girl while Yakgrah had about three girls. 'He is Yakgrah alright?'
Alex offered her hand to Angel. She was hesitant at first but then she took his hand and they started dancing. It was very eye catching. They looked so lovely and very damn cute together!
Everyone was coupled up with someone, except me, Elijah and Ezra. Again, I was in between them. I wished aunty Lizzy could take me out from this one too but she was busy drinking with her best friend, Issac.
Ezra offered me her hand while Elijah offered me, his. They were both looking at me as if to tell, "pick me pick me pick me!"
I still couldn't decide which hand. Ezra's or Elijah's. I wanted to dance for the slow beat. It was beautiful but I couldn't choose with whom.
Their marbles like read eyes started shining in great desire to be chosen by me, while I was in a dilemma.
