After jumping down the cliff, Noah didn't resist the gravitational force that pulled him down.
He kept falling for a few seconds until he reached the point of impact with the water below.
Before he made an impact with the river, he enhanced his body with Mana as insurance in case anything happened.

The water in the river splashed around after Noah sank under the water.
After a moment of stillness, Noah came out with his head from the water while shaking his head to clear the water from his eyes.
"Well, that was refreshing. I really want to go and jump a few more times," muttered Noah to himself with an innocent smile.
