Those dragons Will be at your service. Other dragons can help you out too but the dragons you accept will be marked on your back. So far Blizzard and Levi you have accepted. Yes, their heads are tattooed to your back as well as their names underneath." Said Ezra. "Yeah, I like learning about the dragon princess. Especially if it was you. Oh, another thing. You will eventually meet your grandmother for a time. They will explain it to you in your studies." "Thanks Ezra. I hope I can get sleep because my first day of everything is tomorrow."
"Oh, that's right." said Hawk. "I have something for you Zelda. Here." "Oh Hawk. This is your prized possession. Are you sure?" "Yeah, it was actually a good luck charm. Because of it I got to see you again." "Aww Hawk. Thank you." I gave him a hug. He gave me a bracelet that someone else had given him that died. But he gave it to me for good luck. "I will keep it safe thank you." "Ok well I'll go and leave you two lovebirds alone. Goodnight." "Ha-ha you're too cute Hawk." "No that's your brother but thanks." Then he waved and I shook my head.

The next morning, I started my class/training. My class was first. We are going to learn what duties a Dragon princess has. I saw a couple of other people sitting next to me. They looked like siblings. I was a little confused. Maybe they will explain it later.
A couple of teachers walked in. "Hello Class my name is Winston. This is my brother Winter. We will be your teachers for this class. Now When I call your name, I would like you to stand up and introduce yourself. Tell us a little about yourself. Let's see Zelda." I stood up like I was told. "My name is Zelda. I can be serious at times but I can be a fun person to be with. Oh, I'm also the Dragon Princess." "Ok very good. Now let's see. Elektra." The girl stood up. "My name is Elektra. I am more serious than fun. I'm more about my work. I will be an assistant of the Dragon Princess." "Ok then. Last but not least is Nova." He stood and said, "My name is Nova. I am the older brother of Elektra. I am not as serious as my sister but I too believe duty comes before fun. I can be more fun than serious and sometimes my sister has to get me back on track. Oh, I am the other assistant of the Dragon princess." The teachers and I giggled a bit. Now it was Winter's turn to talk. Oh, by the way they are both boy teachers. "OK now that we are all introduced a little bit, lets get down to business. I'm sure you are wondering why you have assistants. Am I right Princess?" "Yes, but as I said before please don't call me princess or princess Zelda. Just please call me Zelda." "Ok then Zelda. You have assistants because the last Dragon princess your grandmother requested it before she disappeared." I raised my hand. "Yes Zelda." Said Winston. "I was told by someone that I was supposed to meet her. How am I to meet her if she disappeared?" "That is something you will most likely talk about in magic training. Only by magic will you be able to find her." "Ok thank you." "Now your grandmother said she wished she had more than dragons to help her at the time but she didn't and could have used them. That is why I am assigning you two. They too have powers. You will learn about them in Training. Now As for what we will be learning about here are your books. Have you two Read the first few chapters?" "Yes, we read all the way to chapter 2 like we were told. I had to do some convincing to my brother here." "Ok very good. Now I want you all to read chapter 3 silently and tell me what you think. So we opened our books and started reading.
The duties of the Dragon Princess are to help Dragons if needed. Depending on their powers they can help with more. She will have 6 dragons at her service. She will participate in battle when needed. The weapon and clothes provided by the moon goddess will have special powers that can be useful in battle. In the future she will marry and provide an heir. Maybe they will be the next dragon princess maybe not. Sometimes it may skip a generation we don't know for sure. It would be best if she marries a prince to have strong Genes but if she marries another that is fine too. If It's a Dragon princess she will have a boy first. If it's a Prince he will have a girl. If they have more than one who knows what will happen. In the case of twins, if its in the same womb there is a change that both of them could be the next Prince or Princess of Dragons. It would be helpful if they had some fighting skill so it would be good to suggest training with warriors. Their power will also help in battle. All Dragon princess and Princes will give advice and will be written in history. Then it goes on to talk about more.
Once we were finished reading, we waited for Nova to finish up which wasn't too much longer. "Ok now that you all are finished reading, I would like you all to tell me what you thought of it. Elektra. Why don't you go first." "Then she said, "I agree here with what it says about having kids with a prince because of strong Genes as for fighting what happens if the dragon princess dies in battle earlier than she should?" "That should be in the next chapter." Said Winter. "Also, how many powers will a dragon prince or princess have?" "As many as the Goddess gives them. I guess it depends on how many the goddess thinks they can handle or need." "Also what powers do the clothing and weapons possess?" "Woah slow down now Elektra. If it has something to do with power you should wait for magic class. She can give you more insight." Said Winston. I saw her nod and sit back down.
'Hmm. That is a good question what would happen if I died before I even had kids? Would that break the cycle?' I thought to myself. I only heard Nova's name but didn't hear what he said since I was pondering that question. Then I heard my name called. "Huh? Sorry Yes Um. Like Elektra said, I agree with marrying a prince. As for the battle I was told that if something happens to the dragon the tattoo would either hurt if its hurt or disappear when its dead is that true?" "Yes, it is. If and when a dragon does die you will need to add another in its place. They are there to protect you as your assistants are as well. But let's talk about the chapter we just read." Said Winter. "Yes fine. Ok well I did find out that one of the powers in the outfit that the goddess gave me was once I was scratched during training and it closed right up meaning it also healed me. I haven't found what else the outfit can give me also I have yet to find out what the weapons can do. I have been given a bow and arrows. The easiest weapon for me. The next would be as word. I also recently got that from her." "Hm, I see. Very good then. Now that we talked about what we thought about it, lets review what we just read." Said Winston.
I laid back in my chair bored until I was called on. "Uh yes sir?" "Can you tell me some of what a dragon princess' duties are?" "Yes sir. To go into battle when needed and to help dragons who need it. Depending on my powers I can help them in other ways." "Very good. Now pay attention." Said Winston. "Yes sir." Then we finished review and I was relived it was over. I had a one-hour break before magic training. Of course, my assistants would have to be with me everywhere I go like my guards when I am at the palace.
Before I can make it to the castle, I saw Ezra. "Hello Prince Ezra." I Bowed. He noticed the other two with me. "Hello Princess Zelda. How was your first class?" "Oh, tiring your highness. Thanks for asking." "Oh, come on already. We already know you two are friends and future King and Queen get over it already and act natural." Said Nova. "Brother mind your manners. I'm sorry your Highness." "Its ok I like this kid. Ok good. So, I'm sorry you class didn't work out well. Who are these two people?" "Oh, my bad. My grandma wanted the future princess and princes to have assistants since she could have used some back in the day and here, they are. Nova is Elektra's big brother. They are both my assistants. They help with whatever dragon princess stuff I have to do. Oh, also they have powers too. I will find out in Magic training. I can't wait to see what powers I have." "Just because you have powers now don't over due it ok?" said Ezra. "Yeah, Yeah, I know. Hawk and my brother would get on my case for that as well." "Good someone needs too. Anyway, you got a little time Are you hungry?" "Starved." "Ok Let us 3 go somewhere to eat. I have a special place I like to go to."
We followed him to a restaurant that was for dressy people. "I'm not dressed for this." "No worries." Said Elektra. "I can show you one of my powers." "Twirl around, would you?" I twirled around and was in an awesome outfit. Then she did her brother and he was handsome. Then she did herself. She was gorgeous. "Ok now let's go see the host." WE went to the host and saw it was the crown prince with guests. "Oh Prince Ezra. I have just the place for you. Follow me." We followed the man in the back.
"Oh, wow is this a VIP section?" "Yes, it is." Said Ezra. "Cool. I've never been before. So, what do VIP's talk about usually?" "Well business mostly. We can talk about anything like other than class how was your day?" "Good I guess." "So, Nova what powers or power do you have?" "Oh, I actually have two. They get me in trouble sometimes because I use them recklessly. They are fire and ice. Don't ask me how that works I know they are opposite. I guess I just have to figure out how to combine them to make another cool power." Said Nova. "Scarlet what about you? Other than changing clothes what else can you do?" "Waiter is here to take our order." She said. "Oh, excuse me sir." Said Prince. "Its fine. Are you all ready?" "Yes." Then we told him what we wanted and he left to get it ready. Then we went back to our conversation. "I have 2 powers as well. One I already showed you. The other one I don't like to use but sometimes have to for my brother." "Yeah, I hate it too. That's cheating." "Well listen and I won't have to. I can make people do what I want them to. Also, part of that is reading minds." "Wow really? That's really Cool!" I said. "Oh Ezra I didn't tell you but you saw when I was scratched right? how my outfit closed up like it had never been cut? Well, it didn't just close up, it healed my scratch as well." "Wow really?" "Yeah pretty cool huh also my weapons have some sort of power I have to figure out as well. Apparently, my outfit can do more then heal I have to figure out what else It can do." "Cool." Then our food finally got there and we talked and ate our food. When we were done it was time to go to Training for magic.
We were just about to get to the magic training when I felt weird. I stopped and didn't go any further. Elektra noticed I wasn't following her and looked back. She ran over to me. "Are you ok Zelda?" "I don't know." "Nova, go get the teacher now! She is really pale." "Yes, sis right away!" I was seeing black dots my vision was getting darker until I passed out. "Dammit! Zelda, hang on. Don't you die on us now." The teacher got there in minutes. "What's wrong with her?" "I don't know. She stopped about half way to the class and stopped then she blacked out." Said Elektra. "Let me see her." Elektra handed Zelda to the magic teacher. "Hmm. I see now. We need to take her in the class right away. This is a good first lesson for you two." Said the teacher.
She hurriedly got her in and told them what they had to do. "Ok I will do it this time. But it will take two of you to help her if this happens again. If two of you aren't there it could get bad. Its her magic energy. Something is suppressing it. Let me see what I can find out." The teacher put her hand on Zelda's head and found out what exactly it was. She tried to communicate with it to try to get her energy back. But it kept telling her it was for her safety. Her powers are coming quicker than they should and that it had to suppress quite a bit of energy to hold it back.
