I got out of the bathtub and changed into my uniform. Relaxing time was over, but my responsibilities weren't. Plus, I still had Ethan to deal with. I have no idea how he got to figure out that I was Emily, what if he tells Kris? I'd be toast till then and if I'm out of his picture, then I wouldn't be able to see Rita ever again. Just thinking about it brings shivers down my spine.
On my way to Kris's room, I came across a man around my age who seemed to be guarding the entrance of Kris's room, I'd figured that he was one of Kris's comrades but it didn't seem like I knew him or had seen him around before. I shook some alerting thoughts as i ignored his presence and was about to enter Kris's room but he purposely blocked the door with his arm.
"You are?" He muttered with a prompt smirk on his face.
"I'm the Master's bodyguard you asshole" I insulted but it didn't seem to convince him.
"Now?" he inspects me from head to toe.
"I believe you sweetheart but the man's busy, come back next time," he says firmly while I chuckled out loud.
"1. I'm not your sweetheart chunk" I declared
"and 2, step aside. you're not the one to give me orders" I stated as I roughly pushed him aside and let myself into Kris's room.
The minute I stepped into Kris's room, I sighed in relief seeing Kris shirtless...
Wait! Shirtless?
Kris stared at me and I stared back at him dumbfoundedly. But that wasn't the shocking part, A thin irritating voice echoed from behind him as a young woman around my age softly stroked her hands on Kris's back slowly moving to his chest, then his abs.
"Baby, is everything okay?" She voiced. She pressed her body on Kris but he didn't seem to enjoy her pleasantries.
"Lupita. I think it's time you leave" Kris muttered coldly as the bodyguard I tossed aside easier barged in.
"I told you to stay put!" He yelled angrily gripping my arm.
"Caesar! I told you not to let anyone in!" Lupita yelled anxiously.
"I apologize, Madam, I tried to stop her but she wouldn't take a hint" Caesar growled at me.
Without warning, I kneed Caesar as he lets go of his grip groaning in pain.
Kris instantly slapped his hand on his face and gave out an exhausted sigh before speaking
"Everyone except for Lupita, leave!" He barked.
Excuse me? I couldn't believe my ears. Was that jerk kicking me out?
"Excuse me?" I chorused.
"Lesley, we'll talk later," Kris stated.
Lupita's smile grew on her face as I stood there dumbfounded and confused. Why was I feeling anxious right now? With no argument attached, I glared at Lupita and Kris before walking myself out as Caesar followed. How frustrating.
I left the mansion and made my way to the empty training ground. I needed to blow some fuse.
I gave out a few kicks and punches to the punching bag in an aggressive tone. The more I let out some punches, the more the punching bag endured my solid punches.
"Don't waste your energy much" a voice submerged from behind as my pace faded from exhaustion.
"So you're done with your honeymoon with Lupita?" I muttered coldly forcing my aggression on the punching bag.
"Who?"
I turned around curiously and was stunned to see a guy who wasn't Kris standing by the bleachers while Viking.
This dude was so attractive and his features as well. He had green pretty eyes, long black silky hair, white clear skin, and a deceiving smirk.
"Are you talking about my cousin and Lupita?" he voiced.
So he is Kris's cousin?
"Sorry, I thought you were my master" I uttered as he walked closer to me and sprayed an air of Viking steam at my face.
"Well, you guessed wrong" he whispered.
"I've never seen you around here, so I'd figured that you are the famous Master Benjamin that everyone's talking about" I stated
"The one and only" He smirked at me.
So I was right, he was Benjamin. I'd only seen him once back when I was Emily. We barely spoke stating the fact that the both of us barely knew each other. Back then, he was really fat and chubby but now, it's like I'm looking in a different mirror. What a sly transformation. From head to toe, he has the body of a demigod, and the face of an angel, but at the same time, a devilish smile.
"You are?" he stretched his hands out to me.
"Lesley" I answered accepting the handshake as he softly takes my hands and kissed them.
"The pleasure is all mine" he grinned
"So, what brings you here Miss Lesley?" he questioned as he tilted my chin up with his finger. My tummy swooned but I had to keep a strict serious face to not give in to him.
"I'm your cousin's bodyguard" I reluctantly hit his hand aside
"I can tell" he silently chuckled.
"Well, why aren't you with your boss Lesley?" he questioned.
"He ordered me to take a break, he's with his mistress Afterall" I muttered coldly as Benjamin chuckled
"Why? Don't you like Miss Lupita? you do know that those two are gonna be engaged soon." he stated as I stood there in shock.
Engaged? Those two were gonna get married?
"What do you mean he's-" before I could even complete my sentence, I was interrupted by a steaming glare from Kris and it looked like he wasn't the only one throwing outglares. Benjamin's eyes met his and judging by how they silently gazed at one another, it was obvious that they weren't on good terms.
"I'll speak to you later Lesley." Benjamin turned to me with a smile plastered to his face. he turned his smile to Kris who didn't seem pleased as always. Benjamin turned in the other direction while Kris approached me with a frown as he had just taken a blow to the face.
"Follow me" he uttered coldly

"I thought I paid you to guard the front of my room" he tumbled me over as we both wrestled on the ground.
"You kicked me out, remember?" I answered locking my legs over his waist while turning him over to my side with my hands on his chest pinning him down.
"Yeah! but I told you to leave my room, not un guarded" he speaks as he pushes me off his body and grips me from behind.
"I thought Lupita would keep you company, You are getting engaged to her after all" I struggled from his grip but before I could summon my next move, he had pinned me down as his hands separately tightens mine and his body on top of mine slightly covering the sunlight.
"Be honest with me Lesley, you were jealous weren't you?"
