"Umm...okay...", Veronica tried to pull her fingers away but his grip on them tightened before he used his second hand to caress the back of her hand.
"Your hands are rather soft, I didn't seem to get your name?". He wore a smug grin and she wanted nothing more than to smack it off his face.
"It's...".
"None of your business". Jason cut across Veronica's words, stopping beside her with both hands digging into his pockets and both eyes glaring at Edwin.
"Ohh?", Edwin's eyes narrowed under his dark mask as he loosened his clenching grip on the woman's hand. "It's time to take my leave then", he got up to adjust his tie before shifting his gaze toward Veronica. It wasn't difficult to tell just how attractive she was behind the purple mask covering half of her face. "It was nice making your acquaintance, pretty lady". With that final compliment, he winked and left.
