Jason stomped down the corridors and to his bedroom which was situated at the far edge of the manor. He'd built his home at the far edge of the capital, at a hilltop close to the coast to have seclusion and enough time alone. He didn't care much for the view of the ocean or that of the city.
One thing about living alone was the fact that it made one a nice target for burglars or whoever was stupid enough to try kidnapping him. A handful of them had lost their lives in the process, hence, another perk of living in seclusion.
It was easier to dispose of bodies, especially inside the ocean. The tides were always ready to swallow up anything that came into contact with it; as his father used to say.
His hand fell on the door knob and he roughly twisted it to open the door. He flung his clothes to the bed and quickly entered the bathroom to let the cold water stream down his body. It wasn't working.
