Roselle's P.O.V
Finally, today I was able to convince Noah to make us work, I have two more days to spend here before I'll go back.
"Elle" he called looking up from his work.
"Hmm" I answered absentmindedly.
"Would you like to work here, with me?" He asked and my eyes widened.
"But I'm already working with Mr. King" I replied confused.
"I can just talk to him to find another personal assistant" he shrugged.
Do I want to work here?
I know the answer in my heart but what my head is telling me is different.
I should probably take this opportunity that way I'll be able to stop these feelings I have growing for Leo.
"I'm not sure Mr. King will allow but we can try" I said smiling slightly and he narrowed his eyes at me before nodding his head.
"We can go to your office after lunch to discuss it with him" he said and the usual skip in my heart whenever I hear anything about him came.
I'm going to see him today.
Should I be happy?
"Okay" I replied timidly.
"There's something else I need to ask you" he said nervously.
Erm....Noah is never nervous.
"What's that?" I asked.
He licked his lips before smiling shakily and what he said next made my eyes almost budge out of it socket.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked.
Is this a joke?
What!!!
"What?" I asked my face scrunching up.
"Fake....fake girlfriend" he yelled out eyes wide.
OH
I was almost in shock.
I almost thought he was serious.
"Why would you need a fake girlfriend?" I asked suspiciously.
"Erm...stalker....yes stalker, a girl is stalking me and once she sees I have a girlfriend she'll leave me alone" he said rushed before smiling and biting his lip.
I narrowed my eyes at him and pressed my lip into a thin line.
"So why are you nervous, it's not like I'd have said no to helping you" I said.
"I'm not nervous" he snapped, and I laughed.
"So yes?" He asked.
"Yes, I'll be your fake girlfriend, we wouldn't want you to be stalked now, right?" I laughed.
I can't help but notice he looks sad, is that how much the girl stalking him is affecting him.
"You can just put a restraining order on her if this doesn't work" I said, and he nodded.
"Round up your work so we can leave for Kings" he said.

We walked into Kings Empire, and I can't help the feeling of nostalgia that rushed at me.
I missed this place.
One part of me is hoping Mr. King won't allow me to leave and another part is thinking that's the best thing.
I'm just really confused.
Noah took hold of my hand once we reached the top floor.
Alex looked at me eyes wide when she saw me, then confused probably wondering what I was doing here now then her eyes became wide again when she saw my hand in Noah's hand as we passed.
I tried removing my hand, but Noah tightened his hold and I smile nervously at her.
We reached Mr. King's office and Noah just entered not bothering to knock.
"Hey man" he greeted, and Mr. King looked up.
My heart is literarily in my throat.
Slowly his eyes moved to me than our joined hands and his face hardened.
I removed my hand quickly like it was on fire, Neoh looked at me confused and I just smiled confused myself. This interaction didn't go unnoticed by Mr. King who cleared his throat, and I wiped my face up to meet his.
"Ahh Noah, I was just about to call you" he said.
"OH really?" He asked sitting on one of the chairs.
"Yes, I wanted to inform you Miss Grey here will have to return to work tomorrow, if you still need an assistant then I can send someone else to you" he said, and Noah seems to freeze.
Is it stupid that I feel relieved and happy.
"What do you mean, I thought we agreed a week" Noah said his eyes briefly meeting mine.
"Yes, I know, but a lot of work has been piling up for her and some workers miss her presence around here" he said looking straight at me.
My breath was caught in my throat, why do I feel like he's trying to tell me he missed me.
OH, I'm so stupid, I mean this man was treating me bad and now I think he's missing me.
I'm delusional.
"I was just about to ask you to transfer her to my company, you can hire someone else to do the works" Noah said taking my hand and dragging me closer.
Mr. King looked at our joined hands with confused eyes before he looked at me suspiciously then anger.
"Is there something I should know here" he growled out.
OH God!
This is bad!
Noah was about to say something stupid when I interrupted.
"Nothing" I yelled out smiling nervously.
They both looked at me one with anger and another one with confusion.
"Better be nothing" he huffed and now I'm starting to get annoyed.
First, he was nice to me then he'll sometimes treat me bad, then later he'll make me feel that he likes me then he'll push me away again. Then he kissed me even if I ran away, I thought we were getting somewhere but what did I get!
He avoided me all week and when I tried to confront him, he embarrassed me before shoving me to his friend's hand like I worth nothing and now he wants to act like I'm betraying him or something.
I wish I like Noah in a romantic way then I'd have shoved it in his face, and he'll do nothing about it.
"Why?" Noah asked wondering why my boss is concerned about my relationship with someone else. He looked at Leo almost like he knew something already.
"Because she's mine" he growled out and my stupid hearth had to skip.
He was staring at me knowingly almost like he was staking his claim on me, and I glared at him.
"What?" Noah asked.
"What he meant to say is I'm HIS personal assistant" I said through gritted teeth not taking my glare away from his stupid handsome face.
"OH, stupid me, I almost thought he said you are his" Noah laughed and I just laughed too nervously.
All while the culprit in this situation was smirking.
