Stella POV
I believe the booze I drank yesterday is what gave me the incredibly awful headache I got when I woke up. Even the events of yesterday escape my memory. I walked downstairs after my morning routine to eat breakfast with my family.
"Good morning, everyone," I said cheerfully, but everyone seemed to be in a serious mood, even Gabriele, who always talks some sort of nonsense.
They return my greeting in a less cheerful tone, which is fine.
After a period of awkward stillness, Mama appeared, grinning, with breakfast for everyone.
I gave her a big smile in return and then quietly began to eat. "Stella, starting tomorrow, we have all agreed to allow you to attend school with your brother," Papa said, breaking the awkward pause.
Which made me choke. Matteo patted my back, making me relax. "What, really, papa?" "Yes, dear," "OMG!" and "I'm so excited; thank you so much, papa," I said, running to hug him and everyone else.
"No problem, honey, but there are certain rules you should follow." "Okay, what are they?" I asked curiously. Fabio replied, "Rule 1: You should not be close with any boys." Then Gabriele continued, "Rule 2: You should eat lunch with us." Next, Matteo says, "You should tell us if there is anything wrong, okay, princess?" "Yes, Matteo," I replied, grinning and embracing him once again.
After having breakfast, I asked if Mama could take me stationary shopping, which she agreed to. I went to take a shower and got dressed in a simple dress.
Fabio yelled, "DID YALL GO TO BUY SUFFFS FOR VACATION OR SOMETHING?" when we got home. Mama rolled her eyes and muttered, "Shut up, Fabio; it's simply the basic thing required for my princess to go to school." Fabio exclaimed, "Wow, I don't even need all these items for school." "It's hardly surprising that you're dull," I replied scowling at Fabio, causing Mama to chuckle at Fabio's expression.
I walked to my room, put everything we had purchased in its proper location, and made the decision to take a shower and go to bed because mama and I had already eaten.
I couldn't even fall asleep after I had a shower because I was so excited. I had spent a lot of time thinking about what would happen tomorrow, and I felt my eyelids getting heavy as I slowly drifted off to sleep.
