Chapter 147 - Chapter 145

TN - Men with women problems.... I don't envy him at all

...

When Ron and Nami emerged from the cabin, all eyes were on them. The girls exchanged knowing smiles, their gazes brimming with curiosity and amusement.

Kaya approached Nami with a gentle hug. "Sister Nami, maybe you should rest a bit longer. We can handle things here for a while."

Nami brushed it off, embarrassed. "I'm fine, really! Everyone's eager to reach Water 7. I'll get us moving now!"

Ron offered, "Are you sure? You should rest a bit more. We're in no rush."

Nami shot him a pointed look. "I'm perfectly capable, thank you." She headed toward the helm, determined to shake off the attention.

Kaya turned to Ron with a playful smirk. "You could've been a bit gentler, Captain. Nami isn't exactly at her peak today, you know!"

"Her body's tougher thanks to the Rumble-Rumble Fruit. She'll be fine," Ron replied with a slight cough.

Kaya leaned into her role as ship doctor. "Still, first times are delicate! I'll ask Makino to prepare something nutritious for her."

"Count me in," Makino nodded.

Nojiko, who overheard, decided to go to the kitchen to prepare a restorative drink for her sister. Noticing Nami's slightly pale face, she couldn't resist asking, "So, last night… was it really time already?"

Nami flushed and avoided her gaze. "I don't know, it just… happened. Ugh, let's drop it."

"You made the first move," Nojiko teased, smiling. "You were the one who poured the drinks last night, and don't think I didn't notice how you lingered!"

Nami glared at her, whispering, "I'll remind Ron about his 'duty' toward you next!"

Nojiko blushed, stumbling over her words. "I-I... don't know what you're talking about!"

As Nami chuckled, Nojiko hurried off, muttering about things she needed to prepare. Watching her sister retreat, Nami sighed. "Ron, you really have both of us wrapped around your finger."

On the other side of the deck, Kaya approached Vivi, who was talking with Tashigi. The two looked curiously at Kaya as she approached.

"Sister Tashigi, Sister Vivi," Kaya began with a smile, "now that Sister Nami has gone first, you'll have to step up if you want to catch up!"

Vivi stammered, her cheeks warming. "W-What do you mean, Kaya?"

"Don't try to play innocent," Kaya teased. "The look you just had gave it all away! And let's not forget you, Sister Tashigi. I remember Ron mentioning something about you once."

Tashigi's face turned bright red as she stammered, "W-Wait, how did you even know that?!"

Kaya grinned. "Ron might've let a few things slip."

"This guy," Tashigi muttered through clenched teeth.

Vivi gave Tashigi a surprised look. "Tashigi! And here I thought we were friends. You've been keeping secrets!"

"It's not like that!" Tashigi floundered. "It was... a situation! He tricked me!"

"Isn't that just his style," Vivi huffed. "You're in the same boat as the rest of us."

"That's why you two have to step up your game!" Kaya chimed in. "With all these amazing women on the crew, you don't want to be left out."

Vivi's determination flared as she exchanged glances with Tashigi. Her resolve was set: she'd have to find her moment sooner rather than later.
