Ather's phone rang, interrupting his training. He glanced down at the caller ID and smiled - it was his mother.
"Hello, Mom!" Ather said, answering the call.
"Hi, Ather!" his mother's voice came through the speaker, warm and affectionate. "How are you doing? Is everything okay?"
Ather felt a surge of happiness at the sound of his mother's voice. It had been a while since they had talked, and he missed her dearly. "I'm doing great, Mom!" he said, trying to keep the excitement out of his voice. "Training is tough, but I'm getting the hang of it."
"I'm so proud of you, Ather," his mother said, her voice full of pride. "I know you'll do great things, no matter what you choose to do."
Ather smiled, feeling grateful for his mother's unwavering support. "Thanks, Mom," he said. "I really appreciate that."
They chatted for a while, catching up on the latest news from home and discussing Ather's progress in his training. Ather told his mother about his newfound interest in systems, and how he was working hard to improve his combat skills and earn an element crystal.
"I know you can do it, Ather," his mother said, her voice full of confidence. "Just keep working hard, and never give up on your dreams."
Ather felt a surge of determination at his mother's words. He knew that he could always count on her to support him, no matter what. "Thanks, Mom," he said, his voice filled with gratitude. "I'll keep working hard, I promise."
As they said their goodbyes, Ather felt a sense of happiness and contentment. Talking to his mother always made him feel better, and he knew that no matter where his training took him, she would always be there to support him.
