Noah woke up early the next morning and headed toward the temple. As he walked, he took a moment to appreciate the unique layout of the village. The temple sat at the center, with four roads extended from it in four directions. Each road extended for one kilometer before turning 90 degrees, forming a swastika symbol if viewed from the sky. At the end of each road stood a pillar, marking the village's boundary.
Noah's aunt, Alia, had a room on the left side of the temple, while the high priest had his chamber inside the temple. The temple gates connected to the four roads, with an open space for farming to the north and a flowing river to the east of the village. The south gate was used as the main entrance to the village, while the other three sides were for side gates.
The village could hold up to ten thousand people, but currently, only a hundred people lived there. The village had become barren due to the war which had taken place 15 years ago and later gangster activities increased who had taken over the surrounding areas.
"How lively it would be before the war. War is cruel to take so many people's lives. That makes this village so barren, since till now the village has not recovered so what about the whole world how are they doing right now." Noah's thoughts drifted
"Mom, Dad your child has become strong and now can take of himself. Aunt Alia has given me love and care so guys don't have to worry about me. It's just I miss you." Thinking about his parents a tear dropped from his eyes.
"Noah what are you spacing about, come fast High Priest is waiting," Greg called
Noah snapped back to reality, "Noah what are you thinking we have a major mission coming and you can't be emotional at this moment you have to be strong and move forward without thinking about anything else." Noah encouraged himself and moved towards the High Priest's chamber.
Noah took a deep breath and entered the High Priest's chamber. The other members of his team were already there, waiting for him. The High Priest stood up from his seat as Noah approached him.
"Good morning, Noah," the High Priest greeted him. "Tell us all the details about the mastermind you guys have gathered and then we have to plan an action to take down the gangster network and the mastermind behind it."
"Yes, grandpa," Noah replied and started telling about the information they gathered.
As per our plan 5 years ago we started cleaning surrounding gangs one by one to find any lead to the mastermind. But we didn't get any lead towards it even after one year although we already handled two more gangs by then.
During our third operation, I found out that one of the members of the gang has a particular tattoo of the wolf.
Although it doesn't make us suspicious this same tattoo I have seen on one of the gangsters on our first operation ever we did 5 years ago. At that time I just thought it was normal after not finding any other member. When I saw that tattoo again I thought that maybe this could lead us somewhere.
So we started looking for any person with that tattoo. In our next few operations, we have concluded that everyone will have one member with this tattoo.
The headache become how to find that person before taking action against the gang and not kill him but it was not possible as we have to act fast enough to attract in our operation so most of the time before we find out that person he was already been killed during the attack on the gang.
Only in the last 3 attacks, we were able to locate him before attacking and leaving him alive, and in only yesterday's attack we were able to take out information from that tattooed person other times they are really tough ones, and committed suicide on first approach as they have hidden a position in their mouth.
So we acted fast enough yesterday before he suicide and captured him.
During these 5 years, we have attacked a total of 10 gangs with 10 to 15 members in each gang.
This is how we can gather information now and will tell you about the information we have got from that person regarding the mastermind. Noah spoke
We were still not able to know why they are attacking our village as he was a low-level member of the gang so he also doesn't have much information about this.
There were a total of 10 small gangs circling our village in a radius of 10 kilometers from our village and in these all 10 gangs have one member from the main gang.
These small gangs are supported by the main gang and even have a hand in establishing these gangs. We can just say that these small gangs are puppets of the main gang to deal with our village which small gang leaders are also not aware of. They thought that the main gang are helping them in favor so that the small gangs can help them capture Kunj Village.
They don't even know that the other gang also are supported by the prominent gang and to keep a monitor the small gang wolf gang (prominent gang) has sent these wolf-tattooed people into the gang without telling the small gang leader.
So basically this whole stage was set up by the wolf gang but why they have done this much and not directly taken over the village our Kunj village is not so strong that he can handle them. These details I think will only be cleared by the wolf gang itself. Noah said
Hearing this everyone becomes shocked except Noah's teams as they already know.
"Just what do they want from the village, so much that they have set up such a huge battlefield?" Alia said
Everyone looked toward High Priest hoping to get something.
"I agree with Noah we can only get to know these details from the wolf gang itself." High Priest said while avoiding everyone's contact.
"Noah so what about the wolf gang, any information about that" High Priest added.
"Grandpa we only know about the location of the wolf gang but further information we have to find out ourselves" Noah replied
"So where is the location of the wolf gang?" High Priest asked
Without wasting any time Noah said "It's in karal city"
"Since we know only the location we better send a group of people to Karal city and try to gather more information," Sohan said
"Who wants to go to the city and gather information?" High Priest asked
"I am ready High Priest as I have experience in this kind of mission before" Greg replied
"Anyone else." High Priest asked again
"Grandpa I want to go.' Noah said while giving everything okay sign to aunt Alia.
"Are you sure Noah, you know that this Karal city was one of the nuclear targets in world war3, Although it has been rebuilding in this year it will be very dangerous to go into this city as I also heard that law and order are still recovering but it's not like before?" High Priest asked
"Yes grandpa I want to go and see with my own eyes what the outside world looks like," Noah said
Seeing Noah has already made up his kind High Priest said "Okay then, Noah and Greg will be leaving the village in 3 days for Karal city. So both of you prepare for your journey in these 3 days as it may be a long journey to come."
Noah and Greg nodded and left the chamber to prepare.
