The ground quacked as heavy bodies of giant Magical Beasts slithered and stomped on the ground.
The ox dashed towards the serpent with ferocious speed, reaching over 300km/h!
The serpent took a defensive stance, waiting for the ox to come closer, yet the ox suddenly stopped when only 1 kilometer separated them.
The serpent was confused, but stayed cautious. It thought that the ox was going to use one of its bloodline abilities.
The ox stood there immobile as it eyed the serpent with killing intent. The serpent was confused about why the ox wasn't closing the distance until understanding dawned upon the serpent as it elongated frame launched towards the ox.
Its 70 meters long body loaded itself like a spring as white rings that covered its whole body glowed!
Like a bullet fired from a gun, it shot towards the ox,
Yet...
It was too late!
Blue glow expanded from the body of the ox as it instantly covered 3 kilometers in diameter. A giant circles appeared beneath them as they beautifully rotated as between circles, there were intricate symbols that emitted a suppressive aura!
The purple serpent which was mid-air instantly plummeted as its giant body was literally foot-printed into the ground!
"Gaahhhh! T-tier 2 array?!" the purple serpent screeched as agonizing pain filled its entire being.
"I-impossible! How did you obtain the blueprints of tier 2 array?!" purple serpent desperately tried to break free from invisible shackles, yet it was of no use.
The ox snorted as it was dissatisfied with the fact that this worm still dared to look down on it even though the winner was decided the moment the array was activated.
"Arrogant worm! You didn't learn any arrays or anything else relating to magic in your long life! You placed all of your confidence on your physical might and now you bear the consequences of your arrogance!" the ox disdainfully stated as disgust overflowed from its tone.
It was just too stupid to entirely rely on physical might when they were a being who treaded their path with magic!
The ox slowly moved towards the serpent, after nearing it, it lifted its leg, preparing to stomp the serpent to death!
"N-no!" the serpent pleaded as mana conveyed its emotions. At this point, it understood that there was no other method available besides pleading for its life.
The ox simply ignored the serpent as it ruthlessly started to stomp at the top of the serpent's head!
The first stomp instantly destroyed the mind's eye that housed the soul of every living being!
Although it could escape with its soul, under the suppressive might of the array it could do nothing but await its death.
The ox stopped stomping after confirming the purple serpent's death. It looked at the 70 meters long corpse which was 5 meters thick. Even though its thickness was smaller in comparison to its imposing length, it didn't make it any less dangerous since it possessed flesh-melting venom.
The ox surveyed the area with its mana and was satisfied with the fact that no Magical Beast dared to pounce on it even though the purple serpent's corpse was extremely alluring!
The ox lifted the corpse with mana and headed towards its new lair as it couldn't wait to devour such salivating meal!

Clara watched all this unfold with an indifferent expression as she hadn't even stopped running. It only took less than five minutes for the whole battle to end!
However, she knew that with an emergence of a new leader, some Magical Beasts might dare to attack her despite her token.
She decided to cast a spell to shroud her and the backpack in invisible energy that made them instantly disappear from the senses of those Magical Beasts.
Even if the ox itself unruffled its mana sense and scoured for them through its new domain, it won't be able to discover them anyways.
The reason she hadn't used that from the beginning was because it would spread specific undulations that other users of this technique might discover once they visit this place. It was a loophole made by the creator of the spell so the other users wouldn't be killed without knowing how, in short, a safety mechanism.
Nevertheless, she didn't want to risk everything she had done to escape just because there was a minor possibility of her whereabouts being found out.
Soon, she exited the Magical Beast Territory as she neared the border of Leisar Empire.
There were no military outposts established there since this location was unknown and sought to be unbreachable due to Magical Beast Territory and its tall imposing mountains.
For her caliber of mages, it was an easy task to cross some mountains that others might find incredibly hard to even go around due to the presence of Magical Beasts.
She entered a lush blue forest and crossed by many lakes, hills, plains and rivers.
She decided to take a break to feed Andrew who was suddenly awakened from his peaceful and reinvigorating slumber.
Once again, Andrew was mesmerized by the beauty surrounding him, this place was unreally beautiful since Clara decided to stop at the shore of a small pond.
There were purple flowers all over the ground, making one incredibly calm.
