"Someone is already there." Edgar pointed at the awkward vampire guard who was sitting there.
"Then use another car. Like the car that's trailing behind us." Derek said through his teeth.
Susan felt he was angry and decided to act before the car roof exploded.
"Edgar, why not take the other car? I don't really need protection when I'm with Derek so, it's fine!" Edgar looked over at Derek who kept screaming 'get out' with his eyes. He wanted to persist but that would only make Susan uncomfortable so...
"Alright!" He opened the door and got out of the car. All at once, the air in the car softened and Susan let out a relieved sigh.
"You really don't like him, huh?" She said.
"I don't like werewolves in general." He claimed like a stubborn cat.
"Then, did you get him simply for my sake?"
