"Are you sure you want to go through with this?" Dante asked once more and Kathrina smiled.
"I'm not a zebra with a crossed mind." she stated and rolled up her sleeves. "I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit scared so I won't let you bite my neck."
"I wasn't planning to either. It's way too dangerous!" He looked at her hand. "And same goes for your wrist." he stretched his hand and touched her skin, making her flinch. "Pardon me, if it hurts too much and you feel I'm getting out of control, simply knock me in the head." he instructed.
"Will that work?" He nodded and bent his head to the level of her arm.
She watched as his fangs elongated with visible veins crawling up his cheek up to his eyes but he didn't open them. He was probably scared of showing her that side of him even after she had assured him that he didn't frighten her.
