Rui was about to leave the building when he came to a sudden halt. He recognized a person from afar.
"What the fuck is he doing here?" So she hurried back inside the office when she noticed it was looking at her. Case was also taken aback when she walked in.
"I thought you were going to leave, why have you returned?" She ask.
"I'll leave later, there's an evil spirit outside!" she said as she approached the sofa. She sat down, leaned back in her chair, and closed her eyes. "What?" she asked, knowing her friend was staring at her. Case simply laughed at what Rui said.
"You're acting like a child, What spirit? I think you're the one possessed by an evil spirit!" she exclaimed.
"Shut up and let me be," she yelled angrily at Case.
"What is that jerk doing here?"
"Who are you hiding from? Ohh, don't tell me it's a man?" Case exclaimed.
"Shut up, Case! I don't want to see him; the way he looks sickens me."
"Fine!, hide whenever you want," Case said, laughing at Rui.
Rui sat on the sofa, puzzled as to why Maynard was there.
"And who is the old man with him? Couldn't that be his father?" it wonders.
After a few minutes, they heard a knock on the door.
Case immediately stood up to see who was at the door. But, before she opened it, she prepared the gun that was strapped to her back.
After hearing another knock, Case opened the door. He noticed two men standing there. An elderly man with elegance and charisma. And a young man in his twenties or mid-thirties. Handsome, tall, with amber eyes, and no woman can look at him. "Yes, is there anything I can do?" Case inquired.
"Good day! I have a question, Is this Mr. Mark San Andres office?" Maynard inquired.
"Do you have an appointment, sir?" Case inquired politely.
"Actually nothing, we didn't realize it was necessary, but can we just talk to him personally, is he there?" Maynard asked.
"As of now, he's not here; he has an important task to complete, and it appears that he'll return later," Case replied.
"All right, Hija. Just tell him we came here, that Don Ronaldo Leviste needed his help, he knows who I am, and that he should come to the house right away," the old man said to Case.

When Case noticed that the two were a long distance apart. He shut the office door.
"Are they gone?" Rui ask to her friend.
"Who are you hiding there, the oldies or the handsome man?" Case teased Rui.
"None of your business, it's a good thing I didn't get caught coming in here," she said, taking a deep breath. Then she noticed her friend staring at her. " Why? Is my face dirty?"

When he hugged her, she felt her body stiffen.

"Why?"
"How can I let you go, when you're hugging me?" he asked, with a silly smile on his lips.
Maynard quickly pressed his lips to hers as they just stared at each other. Rui admitted to being enthralled by his kisses. When she felt the kiss deepening, she pushed him away and ran away.
He never called her, but he did send her a text message.
"I miss you, I'm sorry if I kissed you again without your permission, and it will never happen again,"
Then Rui deleted the text message.
Her heart was racing.
"That man kissed me again!" She exclaimed, while feeling her chest. She closed her eyes for a moment and took a deep breath to get her heart rate back to normal.
"This shouldn't happen, I really need to avoid him; I won't let him get close to me anymore," she said as he jumped into her car and drove away quickly.
What happened earlier is still fresh in her mind as she drive.
"This could be happening to me, that arrogant person! What the hell did he do to me and I'm like this, I don't want this, I don't want it!" She said as she grip tightly in the steering wheel.
