Alice clapped her hands together after she and Claudia finished as Alice was accustomed to doing so after a shoot. Noah wasn't anything too special, but she still grinned over at him while lightly clapping.
He shook his head with a smile that he hid from her, but she still saw, leaving herself feeling content. Claudia didn't bother to move after only turning around on the bridge and propping her chin into her hands to continue her sightseeing.
Alice went to Noah's side peering over his shoulder, so that she could see the photos taken and determine the results that she was sure were already above and beyond what she was picturing inside her mind visually.
Noah tilted the camera down lower and flipped through the pictures at a slower pace so that she could examine them well, and Alice nodded in approval as she hummed when she saw some moments that she liked.
"That one is really nice. I like the composition with the fountain behind and the amount of bridge being shown."
"You better thank the camera."
"Why would I thank the camera when I can give myself praise?"
Claudia laughed. "Alice. I don't think you meant for that inner thought to come out."
Alice covered her lips with her hand. "Ah. Well. I... look good?"
Noah shrugged. "That's a given. You know what's also a given?"
"What?" she asked biting the bait.
"That I look so much better."
She clapped her hands together sarcastically. "Thank you, Noah. For the wonderful photos."
Noah smirked at her. "Does that mean Rowan and I can have a session too?"
Rowan perked up from his hearing his name since he was tinkering on his phone, punching out a message on the bench across from where they were sitting cross-legged. "What am I auditioning for?"
Alice shook her head at Rowan to let him know that it was nothing, but she paused at Noah's comment since she wasn't sure if he was serious or not, and ended up going with a default barb. "I mean. Yes. Well, of course. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get all your ego in one picture though."
Noah sighed once more and walked off. She went after him to pop up by his side. "Didn't you want a photo?"
Noah gave her a long look. "You won't be able to catch my gloriousness."
It didn't take long for Rowan to start creeping over toward the path again while going through his phone with his fingers flying across the screen as he was typing out a message with Claudia slowly doing the same after checking in with Alice silently which Alice briefly smiled to acknowledge her and let her know that she saw Claudia's silent request.
Alice looked up at Noah before shaking her head at his words which made her second thought if he was a screenplay writer where everything was cliche before she out her hand as Claudia had done earlier.
Noah stared at her quizzically for a long while which ended up with Alice just shaking her right hand. "Can you hand me the camera?"
Noah took the camera off around his neck and placed it into her open palm. "If you wanted it, then say so."
"Sorry, sorry. That is on me considering that Claudia did the same," Alice laughed. "Here. Turn around."
Noah glanced over his shoulder with the wind touching his light wave in the hair with his lips hitched up just as Alice snapped a photo of them. She flipped the camera back around to see if it came out blurry, but she was delighted to see that the photo turned out well despite her not being able to judge well the placing by herself.
"Here is your photo op," Alice sang.
Alice hated to admit it, but she loved being behind the camera with Noah and putting up a brave face to portray the feeling that they wanted to exhibit. In the picture that she just took, Alice didn't know what mood they were going for at all. But it may have been her favorite photo that she took with him so far.
Her head was slightly leaning back on his shoulder with her slight smile carrying more weight than what sometimes can be the million-watt smile would do. Noah was effortlessly posed per usual, but he inclined his head ever so slightly toward her with the smirk that she was all too knowing of.
"Hey!" Claudia called out to them. "Hurry up if we want to get over to Carver Hall at a decent time to set up!"
Alice gave a thumbs up over to her dearest friend before she glanced up at Noah still waiting for a reaction. "Happy?"
Noah tilted chin down at her with a hint of a smile. "Beyond measure."
