Not knowing his grim future, Bear just wanted to quickly get more gold to buy items so that he could face K later on.
During the process, he would try to avoid being in the same place as K as much as possible which was why he didn't appear to defend the mid turrets.
Seeing that top was gankable. Bear pinged his top laner. The enemy's top laner was a tank who dealt decent damage with decent cc abilities so Bear was not afraid of diving her together with his top laner.
Avoiding the vision, Bear took the long route so that he would be behind Blacksmith.
Blacksmith seemed to be unaware of his arrival. She took the bait and busily fought back with Knight.
At this time, Bear had his R back up. He first did the WAAW combo. When Blacksmith was in low health, he was about to press R but he once again suddenly went blind.
Feeling a sense of deja vu, Bear learned his lesson and instantly flashed. However, K's R target range was large and he still managed to get locked by K.
Fu Yue did not want to damage him with his R. He only wanted to achieve the slowing effect from it which was enough for Blacksmith to land a stun on Shadow. Fu Yue then dashed forward to make up for the damage and QAA him to death.
Bear was unable to survive for even 3 seconds. In the end, he had no time to use his teleport or invisible to try to get out...
At this rate, Bear almost vomited blood upon seeing another gray screen. What's more, seeing his top laner flee away with his tail tucked between his legs he became even angrier that he started to ping countless question marks at Knight.
Of course, Knight was running for his dear life so he had no time to type in the chat because those two still dived under the turret to kill him.
Thankfully, Blacksmith's health was quite low so after he died he was, fortunately enough able to drag her down with him.
However, the downside was that both of the kills went yet again to K so he already achieved a godlike title in under 10 minutes!
Coupled with the fact that K was good at shredding turrets, he also took all the gold to himself along with three turret plates!
[All] Knight: Please help report Shadow, he kept feeding in every lane!
[All] Shadow: It was because y'all suck! Y'all so heavy that I can't carry the likes of you!
[Okay, here's come the flaming]
[On his good days, he would flame the enemies. On his bad days, he would blame his teammates tsk tsk]
[Shit, am I the only one who is feeling pain for that one friend who promised to give the courtyard to Yueyue whenever he kills bear? lol]
[4 courtyards, don't thank me for keeping count @kitsune]
While everyone in the barrage was laughing over the bet, Fu Yue caught another top wave before walking into the enemy's blue jungle.
The fun part of playing a marksman was that you could damage your opponent from afar while they were rushing to you only to pathetically back away upon getting kited mercilessly.
Fu Yue went for a standard K's build so there were no shenanigans at play here, just pure skills.
Normally, he should stick to his teammates to avoid being targeted but he was daring enough to roam all over the enemy's jungle and took away all of the camps.
Leaving only an empty jungle for Bear to see...
As a result, Bear went to grab the minions from his teammates which in turn garnered more hatred from them.
But, Bear turned a deaf ear toward their complaints.
Not long after, the second drake spawned. This Drake's buff was good for his hero so Bear pinged the dragon pit telling all five to group.
This time, Bear had some reservations. He hurriedly typed on team chat.
Shadow: Let them start the drake and everyone focus on K.
They would not stand a chance if they were to go face-to-face against the enemy team. The only solution was to catch them off guard and kill K before engaging in a big team fight.
If Bear could think of this, Fu Yue could also think of this scenario.
The duties of AD carries were to push towers and deal a ton of damage mostly with their basic attacks. Since they could get busted easily, they needed to have perfect positioning during team fights to stay alive and deal damage.
The crowd control abilities that Fu Yue needed to take note of were Light Sen's Q, Knight's R, Mary's E and beware of being ambushed by the sneaky Shadow with invisibility on.
Thankfully, there was no AOE or spreading effect abilities so Fu Yue cleverly stood behind Blacksmith, the tankiest person on his team.
According to the enemy's economy, they should play safe and try to get a potential pick instead of fighting them 5 vs 5 for this drake.
If they wanted this Drake so badly, it was better to bet on Shadow to go for a steal.
This way even if Shadow were to fail and die, the loss was not big and you could still make a comeback.
But of course, with Bear on the enemy team, Fu Yue would be stupid to think that he was opting for the safer option.
He was 100% sure that in Bear's eyes, only his 1K gold shutdown existed.
K: Pretend to do Drake
His team instantly understood his words. If the enemy team did not come, they would get the drake for free. Likewise, if they did come, they would focus on killing the enemies and ignore the drake completely.
Just as the drake's health was dropping to half Hp, Sen, and his bot laners walked into the river through the bot side bush trying to interrupt them with their pokes.
K was standing closer to where the mid-lane was so his team zoned them away from him.
However, all of a sudden, Knight who teleported onto the ward in the enemy's blue jungle suddenly flashed from behind the wall. Almost instantly, he used his R which dealt certain damage alongside a stun effect on one target lasting for 3 seconds.
Already having his guard up, Fu Yue reacted at an unimaginable speed to dash to the side so the Knight's R instead hit Blacksmith which was the wrong target.
Still, the moment Fu Yue stepped to the side, three Shadows suddenly revealed themselves surrounding him. It turned out that Bear predicted his position and went invisible while placing the clones ahead of time just waiting for him to dash in.
With no hesitation whatsoever, Bear AAW him, and this time, Fu Yue ate his entire combo causing his health to drop by a lot.
Even though Bear also got hit back by K's Q and auto attacks which caused his health to drop sharply, he still wouldn't lose since his R would make him invincible and K would die upon eating his R damage afterward.
As expected, no matter how fast Fu Yue responded by shooting back at Shadow, the latter was still able to press his R before he could kill him with one more auto attack.
Despite this, Fu Yue did not panic after getting Ulted by Shadow.
Shadow's R allowed him to possess the selected target. He then needed to stay on top of the target for several seconds before leaving the enemy's body while doing a huge burst of damage.
Fu Yue was patiently waiting for that moment to arrive to activate his shield.
On the other hand, Bear happily watched as K went to help Blacksmith to kill Knight seemingly looking like he wanted to deal as much damage as possible before dying.
Bear scoffed at his futile effort, ''Even with this fed K, their team is still losing in this team fight, how pathetic!''
At this moment, Shadow was about to come off K so Bear was preparing himself to look for his next target.
Yet, right before the damage was dealt to K, a familiar shield once again enveloped him.
Shadow's damage was not strong enough to break the shield so it ended up negating all of his damage causing K to be perfectly fine.
Briefly stunned, Bear cursed in a low voice before hastily choosing a direction to run into the bush intending to drop K's vision.
However, K seemed to be able to read him like a book and immediately shot his Q in the exact direction that Bear chose which could easily kill him in return.
Bear was ashamed of being killed by his supposed target K again. He rambled on trying to find an excuse for himself.
"Why did those three need to go through the botside? Didn't I tell them to focus on K?!"
All the while doing so, Bear watched on as K moved on to kill Knight.
''Double Kill!''
K soon moved to collect the bot lane's heads which were crippled by his teammates.
"Triple Kill!"
''Quadra Kill!''
Bear's pupils shook upon seeing this. He anxiously wished that Sen who was their sole survivor could run away in time to deny K's Penta.
Shadow Sen could run quickly using his W since he would become untargetable. This was one of the reasons that he survived the onslaught.
Sen who was being chased by K was so nervous that the moment his W came off cooldown he instantly used it to widen their distance.
Seeing that he got away far enough from his attack range Sen secretly released a sigh of relief knowing that he would live. In contrast, Bear was furious after seeing Sen use his W.
He angrily snarled, ''That retard! He should have used it when K locked R on him!''
Unlike Shadow's invisible E, Shadow Sen's W could cancel any targeted skills used on him after he activated his W.
Therefore, in this scenario, Sen should have waited for Fu Yue to use his R on him before activating his W to cancel it later on.
It was Sen's mistake to think that K's R was still on cooldown after his fight in the top lane not long ago. He completely forgot the fact that K's abilities were all ridiculously low cooldown.
''Pentakill!''
''No Inted Just Bad is Kind of a Big Deal!''
Everyone on Bear's team wished to surrender so badly but the problem was that it was not yet 15 minutes!
They needed to wait for two more minutes to be able to surrender!
During these two minutes, K got three more kills as he waited right outside of their base which caught them off-guard.
Among them was Shadow yet again…
[All] Knight: I have never seen such a useless Shadow as this one!
[All] Knight: Sen was just as much as a useless champ!
[All] Shadow: You can't even win against a tank as a Knight, aren't you ashamed? Such a sore loser!
[All] Shadow: K is so balanced oh my god all you need to do is right-click and get a Penta for free! No skills are required whatsoever!
[All] K: 1 vs 1?
Bear went stiff at this suggestion. On the surface, he still denied K's ability but deep down, he knew that he couldn't win in terms of mechanical skills.
[All] Shadow: What a joke! You are one and a half items ahead and two levels above. What nonsense are you spouting? Pei!]
[All] K: I will sell them, won't use R, and wait for your R to come back
With such handicaps, if Bear were to continue to reject it, he might as well just broadcast to the whole world that he was afraid of fighting K!
Weighting pros and cons, Bear gritted his teeth and agreed to fight in front of the Saint pit in one minute.
Checking K's items, he did see him sell his items leaving only one core item and tier-two boots.
Toward this move of his, Bear finally smiled. He felt rather confident in taking him on.
K had no more shield to block his R. That's why as long as he was able to press it, he would win!
Look like arrogance finally gets into this guy's head to think he can win 1 vs 1 against an assassin as a glass cannon!
Approaching the appointed place, Bear used invisibility to sneak on K. He had no intention of fighting fairly since earlier on so Bear got the upper hand upon chunking off 30% of Fu Yue's health.
Everyone was furious upon seeing this.
[This damn Bear! He seriously knows no shame!]
[Wow, isn't he afraid of backlash later on? What's the point of winning by playing dirty like this?]
While everyone was furious and anxious for Fu Yue, a calm voice that was devoid of nervousness sounded from the screen.
"Still play dirty to the end."
Almost immediately, everybody saw Fu Yue start to counterattack by blinding Bear and dashed away to widen their distance while busily kiting him back.
Bear followed with his teleport to get out of the smoke area. As he got out he ate another K's Q which lowered his health to 50%.
He immediately pressed another W but K whose dash had two charges at a max level nimbly got away just slightly outside of his attack range.
Knowing that he couldn't afford to let K maintain his distance from him. He went invisible again to close their distance so that he could R him.
Fu Yue couldn't see his target but he did not panic. Other people would instinctively run away since the possibility of hitting a Q to reveal the invisible Shadow was close to impossible.
However, K simply walked back and forth with no intention of running.
The viewers who were watching Fu Yue's stream felt that his situation was not optimistic. Some already called him out for being too pretentious which resulted in his doom.
The decisive moment finally arrived. Shadow suddenly revealed himself at such a close distance that even if K were to flash, he would still be within the range of Shadow's R.
Seem like K was doomed to lose this tim-
Contrary to everyone's thoughts of seeing K could only helplessly let Shadow Ulted him. Almost the instant Shadow showed himself K was able to accurately blind him following with another dash and flash backward while continuing to auto-attack relentlessly.
By the time Shadow was able to regain his vision, K was out of his attack range and he soon died due to K's merciless kiting!
Bear angrily smashed his keyboard. Ignoring the ongoing chat, he immediately left the game.
Gloomily, he ended his stream abruptly, "Such bad luck meeting a smurf and getting bad teammates! I am not playing anymore today!"
In the meantime, Fu Yue did not expect Bear to decisively leave the game just like this. He unconsciously blurted out his real thoughts, "Wait, I haven't killed him enough yet."
[I think killing him 6 times in 16 minutes is not that bad]
[The best thing is that you kill him mentally lololol]
[User kitsune has gifted you 6 courtyards!]
Seeing his prizes, Fu Yue's mood quickly recovered, "Thank you for the gifts! kitsune."
[I regret it immensely… I will never doubt you ever again Yueyue Orz]
[Got to say that he had a nerve of steel to not panic when Shadow went invisible]
[What kind of an insane reaction was that? He blinded Shadow the moment he appeared! I wouldn't be able to press the key that fast!]
[Yueyue, are you perhaps a former pro player?]
Regarding this question, Fu Yue replied humbly, "No. Just a rookie streamer."
