She told him, "Turn around while I undress." She removed her dress and placed it on a branch.
Tyler happily nodded and turned around. He surveyed the area and noticed a cave hidden partially by the waterfall.
He told Amber while he was still facing the other direction, "There is a cave behind the waterfall if you want some privacy. We can swim over there if you like."
As a flying beast, man Tyler had long arms and could float easily thanks to his hollow bones. He could still swim, but mostly on the surface or just to dive quickly underwater.
Amber wanted to go to the cave and once she undressed to her underwear she got into the lake. She told him, "Ok, we can go over to the cave."
Tyler turned around and got into the water with Amber. The water was cold and he noticed her shivering. Instinctively he went closer to her to warm her up.
He hugged her and rubbed his hands on her skin. The second he touched her he noticed how soft she was. Her skin felt like a baby's skin or a flower.
He had never touched a female before and the new sensation was a little overwhelming for him. He started to heat up more. Amber noticed his change and cleared her throat.
"Um, Tyler. Thank you, I'm feeling warmer now. Let's go to the cave."
Tyler snapped out of his trance and backed away from Amber. He lowered his head in shame and apologized, "I'm sorry. I have never felt such soft skin and I got carried away. I won't touch you if you don't want me to."
Amber felt sorry for him and responded, "It's ok. Thank you for warming me up. The water is a little cold."
Tyler was happy that she was not mad. This female was the best in the entire beast world. Most females would be mad and maybe abandon him.
He felt incredibly lucky and his heart ached to touch her again. He was falling helplessly in love with this female.
He helped her bathe and they swam towards the cave. It was abandoned and had some dried grass inside. Tyler quickly gathered the dried grass and started a fire to warm Amber.
She was still wet and her dress was drying on a branch. She sat and hugged herself for warmth.
Tyler came behind her and hugged her. He asked, "Is this ok? Are you warmer now?" Amber nodded and replied nervously, "Mmm hmm, it's ok. You are warm." She snuggled close to his warm chest. Tyler's ears turned red with excitement but he didn't want to scare Amber. After she warmed up she raised her head to look at Tyler. Their eyes met and it was as if time stopped. Tyler asked in a hushed deep voice, "I want to kiss you. May I?"
He could smell her arousal when he hugged her. He knew her hormones were making her more aroused, but he also wanted her.
Amber just nodded and smiled shyly at Tyler. She likes him. He was so handsome and nice to her. He reminded her of a boy she had a crush on in her world, but Tyler was more manly. He was not a boy!
Tyler cupped Amber's checks and slowly went towards her to kiss her. He seemed to be in a trance as his body was on autopilot. His lips met her lips and she tasted slightly sweet.
He licked her lips to taste the sweetness and Amber moaned into his mouth. That broke his last bit of self-control. His hands started to roam all over her body.
Amber was more aroused and did not refuse his touch. Soon they were joined as mates.
Tyler tried to be gentle because he remembered she was pregnant, but this was his first time. His animal instincts kicked in and they mated until the fire started to die out. Amber was exhausted and fell asleep in his arms.
Tyler just laid on the ground in bliss and couldn't believe that he was mates with this incredible and beautiful female.
Amber woke up after her nap and she was cleaned and naked. She instinctively tried to cover herself.
Tyler chuckled and handed her the dry and clean deer dress. Amber quickly got dressed, but when she tried to stand up her legs were sore and she almost fell.
Tyler was quick to catch her and helped her up. He looked apologetic. "Sorry, I tried to be gentle, but that was my first time and I love you too much. I lost control. Are you ok?"
Amber just blushed when she remembered what happened earlier. She noticed an Eagle tattoo on her shoulder. She just nodded and replied, "It's ok. I'll be fine in a little bit. We should head back. I'm hungry."
Tyler was happy that Amber was not upset with him. He brought her out of the cave without getting wet. He transformed back into his flying beast form and Amber climbed on his back.
She was sore, but she held on tightly. They flew back to the Beast City and returned to the Lion Castle.
Larry was still on guard and noticed the new mate mark on her shoulder. He was angry now. He remembered her saying she only wanted beast guardians, but now she had a new mate!
Larry came up to Amber and wanted to confront her. Tyler blocked Larry and told him, "Stand down. I will not warn you again."
He was more than willing to kill to protect his mate. He only warned him out of reason for the Lion King.
Larry was upset, but it wasn't worth dying over. He knew he would lose in a fight with this 3-striped beast man. He just turned and walked away without saying anything.
Amber was surprised at his attitude and wondered why he was so angry. She asked Tyler, "What was that about?" Tyler replied, "He's just jealous that you chose me to be your mate. Don't worry. I won't let him bother you."
Amber was stunned. She didn't think about Larry being jealous after he rejected her! She felt a little bad for him and hoped he would find the right mate soon.
They went back to their room and Tyler carried Amber to the fur rug. He brought her some fruits to eat while the food was being cooked. Oliver was home and noticed the new mate mark.
He looked at Tyler and asked, "What happened?" Tyler responded, "We found the sweet water tree and the sweet water gushed out too fast. We both got wet and sticky. We bathed in the lake. When we were warming up afterward one thing led to another."
He didn't have to explain the rest because they already knew what happened.
Oliver was a little hurt that he had to share his mate with another beast man, but he understood that females had multiple mates. He knew Tyler was a good beast man and he would protect their mate with his life. He could only not accept what had happened.
Amber looked embarrassed and felt like she got caught cheating. She knew females had multiple mates in this world, but she still wasn't sure how it worked. Would Oliver be jealous like Larry?
Would he be angry? Her stomach growled when she was worrying about Oliver. He quickly brought her some grilled meat and fruit.
Oliver could tell Amber was worried and comforted her, "It's ok. I'm not mad. I'm glad you have another strong mate to protect you. Eat."
Amber accepted the food and ate. She was very hungry. She nodded at Oliver and was relieved that he was not upset. He was so easygoing.
She hoped Nick would also be as understanding when he returned. She didn't know that once a female accepted a beast male as a beast guardian, he was already considered part of the family by her mates.
Nick and Oliver had already accepted the other males and it was up to Amber to decide when she would mate with them if at all.
They would respect her decision.
Amber was distracted from her thoughts by the food. It was good! It reminded her of barbecue chicken. She wanted to try to make some barbecue sauce next but she still needed tomatoes.
Amber asked them, "Have you seen any red vegetable that has a soft skin and seeds on the inside?" Fred replied, "I have seen some like that. I will bring you some tomorrow."
Amber was excited and hoped it would be tomatoes. She could use them in so many different ways.
They were easy to grow and she wanted to grow some at the new castle. Amber planned to have a vegetable and herb garden.
She would love to have a few fruit trees and nut bushes as well. Amber didn't want to waste all day foraging for food when they could grow it close to home.
