A man by the name Chanmimg spotted Fahsai at Japan's airport and he had to do a double check.
"Whoa! That looks like Botan." Chanmimg followed Fahsai and her sister until they vanished from his sight.
Chanmimg was the little Boss of Gang Suer Khao, Daniel's rival and former best friend.
"It couldn't be Botan, the woman is dead." He shook the image from his mind because there was no way his Botan would be alive. She died and so did his family members and several members of his gang. At that moment in time, his priority was to take down Daniel at all cost since he was the main reason why his family died and the woman he loved, Botan. Chanmimg had loved Botan first and always thought that Daniel took her away from him. This was one of the reason why their friendship fell out and Chanmimg had ever since wanted to catch the latter and torture him to death.
His men were in search of Daniel and his gang but his plan to catch Daniel unguarded failed, as he was confronted head on by Gang Mungkorn Thong.
"We meet again bro, hand over all of Gang Suer Khao's business affairs to me. And I promise not to divulge contents of the black book to the police. I could be even charitable and give you a cut of the profit." Daniel mocked Chanmimg who was already seeing red.
"You know what will be fair? Killing you with my bear hands!" Chanmimg growled.
"Let's fight!" Daniel declared war.
The two gangs exchanged fistfights and gunfire, Gang Mungkorn Thong looking the stronger of the two. "You weren't born a fighter!" Daniel relented as his shot hit Chanmimg. But he didn't want to kill an old acquittance, so he dashed into the Japanese streets while Chanmimg tailed him and managed to injure Daniel in the shoulders.
Fahsai appeared not to be in better spirits being in Japan though. She walked across the streets and a call from her mom only served to remind her that she was far from being in love like her parents.
"Mom, I'll do you a favor by purchasing a facial cream. Laters!" She hang up and entered a nearby supermarket.
As she went through the shelves, she happened to run into a tall, attractive, but shifty man. He kept staring at her, as if he was someone he knew very well, but shocked that she was alive. With a suit jacket to cover his wound, Daniel kept after her.
"Who are you!" He grasped at her elbow, demanding to know who she was.
"I'm.... I'm Dr. Kwan...leave my hand!" Fahsai instinctively lied but he didn't fall for it. So, Daniel pulled out her passport and read her name.
"Huh!" She was caught so she fleed the supermarket, but only to run into another more dangerous men who seemed to be after Daniel.
"Ah! There she is, hey you!" One of the men jerked forward to her, but Daniel was quick to slip her away and they hid in the alley.
"Shh!" He suddenly trailed his thumb over her lips and her eyes opened wide. "Take me to your hotel so I can hide from the men who want me dead." He prompted her.
"Whoa! Mr. Giant..."
"Do you want such a handsome man to die?" Daniel pulled her to his side like she was his girlfriend.
"Help! Hey you, please help me." Fahsai mouthed to anybody passing by and it was pretty hysterical. Unfortunately, people didn't pay her any mind and before she knew it, they made it to her bedroom undiscovered.
"Leave once things die down." Fahsai warned him, not realizing the man was soaked in blood. She then hid in the bathroom and made a call to her Big Sis as Daniel peered into her private journal. He knew immediately and obviously that she was not his Botan, just a woman who looked exactly like her. She was a character for sure, as he smiled while perusing through her journal. Fahsai on the other hand, was making relentless whimpers while talking to her Big Sis over the phone.
"Bitch! A mad man has held me hostage. What do I do?"
"Whaaat....I do...don't know." Big Sis slurred in her speech.
"Jeez Fai! Are you drunk?"
"Of course." She muttered, over in her head and stinking drunk.
A loud groan made Fahsai rush out of the bathroom. It was Daniel who removed the bullet with a dagger.
"Gosh Mr. Giant! You're a trouble maker, aren't you? You can't even take care of yourself. I'll take you to the hospital." She chided him.
"I'm fine, I can't be seen out there by the men who want me dead." Daniel assured her. Fahsai observed the wound and conceded in tending to it for him. But would she? Having seen a fine dragon tattoo on his torso, she was unsure if she'd stay in check to nurse him. The mere act of playing nurse brought her a flood of memories about her ex boyfriend, Dr. Eit, whom she had accompanied on many first aids, rescue missions. She noticed that he had been looking through her journal and chastised him for being rude.
"I want to stick around and get to know you, you know, to show my appreciation." He smiled at her pink first aid kit.
"Gosh, he's so adorable." She muttered under her breath.
"What did you just say?" Daniel might have heard her.
"Leaving my sight is the best form of gratitude." She affirmed.
"I know where you live and I can follow you back, all the way home." He said sending chills down her spine.
