Multi-colored trees spread around them, enclosing the open space in which they stood; the soldiers neatly stood behind their general while a soldier in matching uniform as they were with the only difference being that where they had blood-red, he sported silver moon.
"Squad leader Zadock, reporting in Major General Reva, we've already been informed of your mission and we're now at your disposal to use as you see fit," giving a salute by press his palm flat on the moon over his heart, his words resonated in the small clearing while those behind him assumed at salute as soon as they laid eyes on the woman before them.
Glancing over all the soldiers before her, Reva gave a grin that added a dash of roguish charm to her dominating demeanor, "Albrico has some strong soldiers it seems, how about a friendly spar with a few of my men."
Zadock and the soldiers felt a shiver down their spines at the words Reva's just spoke, while the battle-crazed eyes of her soldiers hungrily eyed them like prey.
It was a well-known fact throughout the armed forces of humanity about the battle hunger of the Blood-Moon Division; only a few divisions and crops could keep them in check, and sadly Zadock and his squad were not one of them.
"General Reva we've been running ourselves ragged since news of your arrival to compile all the necessary information as such, we must sadly decline your gracious offer."
Staring silently at the soldiers trying desperately to avoid her gaze made her laugh a little; she knew what they were thinking based on the reputation her division had inside and outside the army, "guess we'll have to leave it for some other time and make use of those that shouldn't be here instead. Take me to the base."
"At your command General."

A vast desert of gleaming blue sand, laid under the blazing heat of three light sources. Within this vast barren land, monstrous roars constantly echoed all around, sandstorms rose and fell in the distances
Situated within this land that no party has ventured on this planet, a small black house firmly sat on the rolling sands as if completely detached from the various occurrences happening outside its walls.
"It's safe to assume that with all these people rushing here the humans are likely to dispatch a division to govern this planet."
"The problem now is which division will be dispatched to this place and the leader."
The two voices slowly fell as silence descended within the house once more.
"Does it matter what those humans do; your only goal is to allow me to retrieve a fragment of this planet's core."
The two looked towards the stairs leading upwards; flowing inky black hair tied in a high ponytail, completely black eyes that seemed to hide swirling smoke within them; a slim built that seemed to be bursting with power from the aura his body projected but the most distinct feature upon his body was the black skeletal tattoos that fade in and out on his bare arms and chest.
"Your right we don't need to care for what the humans plan; I'm sure that he will act if you're truly in any danger Young Master."
Smiling at the two before him the young man gave a cruel smile while gazing out into the desert beyond the house, "good, see to it that everything is prepared for us to move, though we don't need to care, we need to finish this quickly and cleanly."
Watching the young man ascend the stairs once more, they both released a quiet sigh of relief, "let's go."

Senna idly tapped her finger on the desk while looking at the information shown on the screen before her in equal parts interest and surprise, "isn't this small party becoming a little too big for something this small," chuckling to herself, with a quick tap another screen unfolded itself before her.
"Who knew my lucky cat would already have such a good relationship with someone this important, now should I blow his cover, but that boy is usually sharp, so he may already have noticed."
Thinking on it a small smile came to her face; having interacted with the boy a few times now, she could say he was quite the find but he needed to be put through a few struggles to mature even more.
Having been bored and looking for a way to pass the time when she had decided to become his contracted trader, much thought hadn't been put into their interactions and deals; so imagine her surprise the one time she reached out to sense his energy, not only was it veiled, if not for some special means she wouldn't have been able to sense what she did.
Focusing back on the task before her, she thought of her options, "the current situation is quite dangerous, but with that woman here we humans won't have much to worry about. Now let's see how you'll do once the party starts."
Compiling all the information that would be transferred, she stretched, pushing out her breast as her back arched in a perfect curve.
"Let's get going, it's not easy being a lonely woman in the army."

Thirio didn't know how much time had passed since he was consumed by the pain, bones broken, then ground into powder, skin peeled off from flesh, flesh ripped from bones, being devoured from the inside, only to be given a moment of reprieve before being plunged into pain once more.
Unbearable as it was, Thirio gritted his teeth in defiance as he preserved through the pain; his greed and lust for power burned brightly within him at this moment, while his Will energy was slowly changing as he pushed beyond his normal limits.
'The more I endure the more I'll gain,' over and over, Thirio chanted this in his mind to keep his will from faltering while tethering over the edge.
Vadne floated within the room, unaffected by the chaotic energy flowing about the room, eyes made of flame unblinkingly stared at the battered and bloody body at the center of the flow.
"One hour and thirty minutes, he did a good job lasting this long."
As if divine providence, the body tumbled over while the energy noticing its chance, ferociously charged at the still body to devour it completely to vent its frustration and anger for being held back for as long as it was; like a wave, it all came crashing down upon the prone Thirio.
*Whirl*
Seconds before the moment of impact, a yellow vortex flanked by a blue and orange orb obstructed the energy's path, slowly starting to devour the energy in return. A fierce tug of war started between the vortex, orbs, and energy sending small tremors across the room.
Thirio laid unconscientious throughout the fierce fight that would decide his success or failure to travel even further.
The intense tremors calmed down a few minutes later with the clash finally having a victor. The vortex and orbs shone brightly in victory while a small yellow flame flew out from within the vortex, its yellow light a bit dimmer than usual, " now for the rewards."
*Tear*
Space ripped open as eight golden threads of energy drifted down from within the tear in space to circle Thirio's body, diving in a second later to induce mountain toppling changes to all facets of his body.
His battered body was returned to pristine conditions within seconds of the threads entering.
"Now with this, he's finally at a good starting point," floating down to rest on Thirio's chest, Vadne was soon pulled within his body along with his Trinity that was still out in the open ferociously pulling energy from the crack that sealed itself minutes after noticing the small pieces of energy being pulled from within.
Thirio's body thumps softly as the energy from his Trinity joined with what was already present within his body, pushing it further towards a more powerful and perfect foundation.

Reva sat behind her desk shifting through all the information on the uninvited guest, "to think this little party could get so big, even that princess is here."
Putting the files down, Reva stared at the ceiling with her eyes closed. She played many different scenarios within her mind, planning and making counter measures for each problem that popped up.
"This is a little troublesome with all these high profile kids but, That's what makes this little trip so fun; with all this going on, I don't think they would miss out on it."
Staring out into the far reaches of space, her golden eyes glowing with power, "I hope you don't disappoint me and do indeed make a move."
