A young man sat nearby, calmly focused on the computer screen while Ezra patiently reiterated and clarified the steps for the task at hand.
Teaching new employees wasn't difficult, but sometimes it was obviously their nervous mental state during their first job that made it a bit challenging for them to grasp. Ezra tried to be as friendly as possible to make them feel comfortable. He wasn't the type to intimidate new workers, so even though this young man repeated the same questions, Ezra remained understanding and patiently explained everything from the beginning.
