Raghav - "It's going that I fully utilized the voucher. I could've bought something way crappy compared to his newly acquired sword."
Raghav was extremely delighted by the fact that he didn't waste the chance of a free weapon purchase and fully utilized it.
He was enjoying but something flashed in his mind. Almost every part of the castle was destroyed in the battle between Raghav and Allocer yet there were no signs of Asmodeus.
So, he put the sword back to the pouch he had which worked like a storage for him.
He started moving towards the part of the castle that was still standing tall with only scratches on the wall. On the top of this 10-meter tall building were some words scribed with bright red color.
' The treasury '
Raghav seeing this got excited and directly opened the gates. To his surprise, no seals or magic array was there to protect the wall. This was very odd and he only had a single question in his brain, 'How can a treasury be unprotected?'
He walked inside where he saw tons of gold, precious gems, several magical items, etc. This was heaven for anyone and so, Raghav quickly stored all of this gold inside his space pouch.
Raghav - "This will be a fee for both my physical and mental harm."
As he was done collecting all the treasures, especially all the magic items, he heard some footsteps. These footsteps were getting closer to him as time passed. Soon he heard the voice of a man who started clapping.
*Clap*
??? - "You are a strong angel, I acknowledge that. Would've been better if you weren't on that bastard's side. Tell me, what did you use to defeat Allocer? I felt its divine aura from 100km afar."
A person with a tall build (7.2ft) came into view. This person had deep red eyes and hair and on his head were Two pairs of small curved horns. He was very handsome but not as much as Lucifer or Paimon. He wore red pants with a red jacket, which was open in the chest area.
Raghav - "Well, what can I even say? It is far better to be on his side than you, after all, who let their whole team die just because they were scared. As for the weapon, well you can get it if you defeat me. I am pretty sure you are scared of the weapon, right, Asmodeus?"
Asmodeus - "Oh! You have the guts to say that in front of my face. Quite brave you are, I give you that. Boy, I like your attitude a lot!"
Raghav - "I am sorry but I don't swing that way. I am as straight as an iron pole."
Asmodeus - " Joking are we. Anyways, serve me and we'll rule the world! It is way better than that bastard anyway."
Raghav - "Nah, I am better as I am currently. I would rather die than serve a demon like you."
Asmodeus - "Too bad then, I would have to kill you now."
Saying so Asmodeus disappeared from his place and appeared right behind Raghav, who in turn dodged it by moving away from his place.
Asmodeus smiled and threw a straight punch at his face but Raghav blocked it with his bare hands.
Raghav - "Well, you are not as strong as I thought you would be."
Hearing the words of Raghav, Asmodeus was enraged. Several magic circles appeared, surrounding Raghav. These magic circles had the sigil of Asmodeus.
All the magic circles launched different kinds of magic attacks at him which had enough power to destroy a city, if not, a country.
Raghav - "Man, you are strong."
Raghav said as he appeared right behind Asmodeus and threw a karate chop at his neck.
Asmodeus block the hand easily with his left hand and looked at Raghav while releasing his intimidating aura.
Asmodeus - "You bastard! You think that I, The great Asmodeus, will get tricked by you? If I had my original strength, you would've died way early."
Yes, Asmodeus was certainly weaker than his original self. He was born not too ago and was yet to gain his full power back. His current strength was around 55% of his original strength.
Raghav - "Well, too bad, I have something that can kill you in an instant."
Saying so he backed off a little.
Asmodeus - "Huh? What in the world could harm me, The great Asmo-...WHAT?"
While Asmodeus was telling his greatness, he felt a divine aura, right in the middle of his abdomen. What's more shocking to him was the energy was not any energy. It was the same as his fa... of God.
Raghav - "Buh-bye, hope we never meet again."
Saying so he directly cut the still-shocked Asmodeus into pieces as thin as grass.
[ Congratulations Host for defeating 'Asmodeus', the bearer of the sin 'Lust'. ]
[ Reward - One free weapon ticket. ]
[ Reward - Meditation class with 'Gautam Buddha'. ]
[ Inviting Gautam Buddha to the chat group. ]
[ Gautam Buddha accepted the request. ]
Raghav - "Oh damn! Budda will guide me? Cool"
Raghav then turned to the remains of Asmodeus and extended his hands.
Raghav - "I don't want you to recover or regenerate any soon. But I'll gladly take that horn of yours. Burn!"
He picked up the horn of Asmodeus and then he lit up a fire using his Sun divinity and the bit and pieces left of Asmodeus's body were burnt.
After that, he returned to Lucifer's castle which took him around 15 minutes. He was in deep thought throughout his way back. He didn't use any astras or such because he wanted to test his physical strength but after the fight with Allocer, he realized he wasn't that strong physically.
He didn't lose the battle and even if he hadn't used the OP sword, he still would've won. But that way, he would've suffered some injuries. He wanted to use just his divinity and physical strength for the fight but everything that happened was not according to his plan. He overestimated himself and underestimated his enemies.
This was because he wasn't that experienced in real battle. Yes, he was taught by one of the greatest teachers. But his teacher thought him weaponry knowledge and a bit of Meditation and Vedas. What a teacher cannot reach is experience.
Experience is something one gets as life progresses and thus the experience of everyone is unique to themselves. These experiences give you the instincts and decision-making you need as a warrior, king, or something else.
Anyways, Raghav entered the castle and immediately went to the throne room. Inside the throne room, he saw several figures looking at him with different reactions. Some were surprised, some were angry at Raghav as they thought that he returned without actually killing Asmodeus and some were looking down on him, thinking he was a con artist and a big loser.
Zepar - "Why did you return so early? Did you get scared?"
Zepar, the love knight, didn't like cowards who run from the battle. His thinking is that one should fight to the death but never run.
Astaroth - "What a weakling."
Astaroth didn't like Raghav the moment he saw him. There is something surrounding him, a kind of aura or energy. This energy is something that he is disgusted with. This energy is none other than, Holy energy.
Dantalion - "At least give him a chance to speak."
Dantalion, the only sane person and also one of the most intelligent present wanted to hear the reason for Raghav's early return.
Astaroth - "Hmph! Weak does not need to speak."
Raghav - "Oi bastard, Call me weak again and I will separate your head from your body."
Raghav was irritated by this bunch of demons. If not for the mission, he would have already taught them a lesson.
Paimon - "Stop you fools! Astaroth, don't you dare start a fight in the presence of Great Lucifer! Raghav tell us the reason for your return."
Raghav - "Oh, about that, Asmodeus is already dead with all those who were a part of the rebellion. Well, I am not exactly sure of the second."
*Silence*
Only silence filled the entire room. None dared to raise their voice. All of them had a single thought, 'Either this guy is really strong to kill several dukes in a few hours or is brave enough to lie in front of Lucifer.'
Paimon - "Raghav, Can you prove that you killed Asmodeus? If you are lying, tell that immediately or you'll suffer from punishment."
Paimon started to recognize Raghav and so gave him a chance. He and Lucifer already know that Asmodeus is dead but some idiotic dukes like to play politics.
Raghav then threw Asmodeus's horn towards Paimon which he catches easily.
Raghav - "Take this and tell me, who is the weakling, the one who only rants at others and does not even dare to go fight, or someone who defeats their enemy and proves their strength."
Hearing the words of Raghav, Astaroth silently sat back in his seat. He can't do anything because Raghav already proved his strength.
Paimon - "Well of course, the one who only talks and doesn't even dare to fight is the weakling. Well done Raghav."
Astaroth gritted his teeth as his anger was already above the skies.
( a/n - Oh great Astaroth, I bear no I'll intentions towards you! This is only a fiction story so please don't curse or haunt me. )
Lucifer - "Ok now, stop both of you. Raghav as promised, I give you the Royal sigils of every high-ranked demon."
Saying so, he threw a golden ball of light which entered Raghav's body and merged with him. This gave him the knowledge to summon the High ranked Demons.
[ Congratulations Host, you have completed the mission. ]
Raghav - 'Wait, I'll check the rewards later.'
[ Ok host ]
Raghav - "Now it's time for me to go."
Lucifer - "Ahh alright"
Paimon - "I hope to have a sparing session with you the next time you arrive."
Raghav - "Sure, but I'll win."
Paimon - "We'll see about that, you are nothing but a kid in front of me."
Raghav - "Ahh, by the way, Lucifer! Why didn't you kill Asmodeus earlier? I mean with your strength, I know you can."
Lucifer - "That wouldn't be much Interesting, you know. Also, you said you'd help me with this so I gave the task to you."
Raghav - "Ahh... alright...I guess. Anyways bye, see you later!"
Raghav's body started shining and he disappeared from his place. He appeared at the exact place he was at before he was transported to Hell.
Raghav - "Oh...This fresh air is just so good. Well, I have so much to do right now. System, what time is it here?"
[ The war between Hastinapur and Panchal has ended in favor of Hastinapur. All the kuru princes will return in a few days. ]
Raghav - "A lot of time has passed! Why?"
[ Host didn't mention stopping time in this world. ]
Raghav - "You idiot system!"
