ODETTE'S POINT OF VIEW
I was driving Kian back home since he and Dalle have school tomorrow. Their break was just off. Kiel leaves early since he still has taping for his upcoming movie. Yeah, I know Sabrina was there, but I just want my mind off of thinking about what they can do after all.
"Mommy, can we drop off at the ice cream shop first? I want ice cream, I hear Dalle say. I look into my rearview mirror and nod. I know there is an ice cream shop nearby on the road we are taking.

I saw an ice cream shop and immediately turned my car wheels right to park. As I park my car, I open the car door for the kids who are sitting in the back seat. I was holding their hands. Customers and staff were looking at us when we got in.
Some of them murmured as we walked in. I went to the counter with the kids.
