Serena Dream
Serena has woken up to see nothing but darkness. She walks through it unable to tell where she is.
Suddenly stops until she recognizes a familiar face.
Serena: "A-akio?" She stammered, looking at the boys face. She was sure it was the blue- eyes duelist in front of her but his condition sent a shiver down her spine.
Looking at his eyes she could see the once proud eyes as nothing but lifeless as she looks into a mirror that appeared out of nowhere. The figure wore a long dark black cloak with purple lines around it. And what shocked her even more to see the figure slowly removing the hood to reveal itself as Akio.
But different.
His eyes we're no longer brown but a dark purple as the more she stare into it felt the true embodiment of darkness. He pulled out a dark duel disk and then a dark purple aura covered his body and out came from it a dragon and roared.
End Serena dream.
Serena: "AAAAHHHHH!" She screamed as she has woke up sweating. Gasping for air she was holding her hand over her chest, shaken, pale, and Terrified. Once realizing this was only a nightmare she calmed down.
Serena: "W-what was that?" She questioned after witnessing the nightmarish dragon that appeared before her. Shaking her head she rose from her bed.
Right now she was in her room that was provided by the city as a participant of being in the friendship cup. Today was the opening of the friendship cup, where the King Jack Atlas will carry and exhibition match with its challenger- Akio Kaiba. Least to say Serena was impressed with her room. It was spacious, luxurious, with a plasma TV AND king- sized bed. She however knew that luxury like this had its price.
Well better than being stuck in a tower she though.
She went to her bathroom to take a long warm shower to calm herself over the unshakable knight mare she had. For some reason she couldn't stop thinking it was so real.
After her shower she did her usual daily hygiene, and dried her hair with a towel. Coming out of the bathroom she found a cart with food waiting for her next to her bed.
Serena: "Great." Her stomach growled as she sat down and began eating.
Serena:"*Damn, that dream felt to real…." She though while she continued eating. "*Why was Akio eyes so lifeless and that being in the mirror was that really him as well?*"
Serena was in deep though. What does these nightmare mean.
With Akio
"*Man this is going to take days to hack into*" saying as I'm using my duel disk to hack into this. And unlike back in standard dimension it's not connected to just one network. I mean it was but to say that's its hard since I'm getting into several different things instead of the main one where Roget is able to control everything.
But in the meantime
I can't believe I'm going to duel Jack atlas's. I'm going to duel him. We after we escaped from the facility a day earlier in canon, they gave us an extra day to rest after what has happened. Taking us to a fancy penthouse for all of us that are going to be participating in the friendship cup, but like always we can't leave. But no worry I will have control of this place soon enough just by hacking into it then I be able to gather more data.
Divine dragon: Seems like someone exited.
"*What the?!*" I shouted in my mind as Felgrand appeared before me. "*and where have you been? it have almost been a week?*"
Divine Dragon: Sorry during your duel against the time duelist. I felt a presence that I haven't felt in a very long time. Then after your duel I had to recover my energy since I gave some of it to her.
"*Any luck finding her yet?*"
Divine Dragon: No. But the spirit world is getting worse. The attacker have already took over 20 percent of it.
"*How much is 20 percent of it*"
Divine Dragon: If a volley ball would be as big as as 'Saturn' it would be 20 percent of it.

Divine Dragon: You just look out for any time duelist and let me worry about sending them back okay?

Divine Dragon: "*So like I said your excited*"
"*Of course I am. Well this body is because remember he was born in new domino city so of course I will be excited.*"

That's when the doorbell rang and a bellboy came in.
Bellboy: "Hello." Politely bowing for a sign of respect.
"Sup. So it's time for me to duel Jack Huh."
Bellboy: No not yet but I'm here to bring you so you can fix your own duel runner before it starts.
"Pause.What do you mean by fix?"
Bellboy: Just to have a quick tune up is all. When you were caught they confiscated your duel runner.
"Oh thank goodness. Sure take me down there kid."
Nodding he took me over to the garage and looked over to the multiple duel runners. Until I have found mine.

Saying in a comedic then going over to hug.
???: That's a rare reaction I see everyday when a duelist come to there duel runner.
A new voice was present and I turned to see it was a young man who was wearing a blue jacket with a yellow trim and front pockets that he uses to carry most of his tools, a blue t-shirt with a large white stripe placed horizontally, blue jeans, and a pair of blue-outlined white sneakers. He has unkempt blue hair and his eyes are indigo.
"*Holy Shit. It's Bruno*."
Bruno: Hey you okay?
" Yeah I'm fine. My name Akio Kaiba."
Bruno: Mine is Bruno. Nice to meet you. So I see you have chosen your duel runner already.
"Yeah this is one that I built handmade."
Bruno: Really Cool. So I assume you have everything you need to go.
"Yup."
Bruno: Alright then Good luck.
Timeskip
Akio room.
As I'm sitting in the couch with the bellboy known as Sam, standing formally behind me. To think that with out yusei this is how New Domino City will be. I mean it's in the history book so with my memories back of this body I kinda feel bad because this is how it was. But I'm actually exited to face Jack, but it's up to me to the show powers of the lancer to the synchro dimension, get Kisara back from the thing who calling all this so I have to win this duel.
My deck was on the blue table in front of me
while I have three blue-eyes out with my wrist dealer next to it.
"^Crush that traitor, Jack Atlas^"

"Damn."
Crows word echo through my head. Without yusei here they don't form team 5ds like they did in my home dimension. And now Crow is filled with revenge . Looking towards Sam I could've been like this during his age if I wasn't Seto Kaiba son.
"Hey why is Jack hated by the commons?" I asked him out of nowhere. " Last I checked wasn't he supposed to be their hero?"
Sam looked away being unable to answer. Under stable since I was going to duel him and didn't know how I would do against him.
Sam: Um, three years ago Jack Atlas became the first commons-born Friendship Cup winner.
Without stealing Star-Dust Dragon this time.
Sam: Ever since, he's reigned as king, the undisputed champion. The way he acts and speaks… I think they're suited to the one said to be the greatest duelist ever… But, the commons has a dream that with Jack there everything will change but it hasn't. So that's why they consider Jack a traitor.
"Okay…"
Sam: "It's time." Sam said. "I will escort you to the duel ground.
Nodding I placed my three blue-eyes in my deck then into my wrist dealer which I then strapped onto my hand. We both exited towards the pit bay.
There we see Bruno waiting for me with his usual smile.
Bruno: Your ready.
"I am." Giving him a smile of my own then got onto my duel runner and putting on my white helmet.
"*hell yeah I get to duel Jack Atlas and first time on a duel runner*"
Divine dragon: Well it wouldn't be your first time.
"*Well true it won't be the first time for this body it will be for me and I don't count the possessed yugo*"
Bruno: You already know how everything starts?
"Yup and it's already on autopilot so I'm good to go."
Bruno: Alright Good luck.
Then he left me alone with Sam and he spoke as well.
Sam: "I give you the best of luck." He bowed and then left.

Meanwhile.
We can see two figures, one with pink hair and the other with blue and yellow bangs rose to the stands and looked at the entire field in surprise.

Yuzu: "The Mariano City Duel stadium was big, but this riding-duel venue is even bigger! "Yuzu looks in shock and awe by the incredible size of this place.
Now colorful fireworks can be seen around the entire Duel palace as multiple holographic images of a woman dressed like a cowgirl was shown. The outfit she worn was a white shirt showing her midriff with a yellow bow, red vest, cowboy hat, and yellow shorts. The woman had a white microphone with a yellow top in her hands that she will be using to be a commentator on Jacks and Akio duel. This woman is Melisa Claire- The top reporter of Neo Domino City.
Melisa Calrie: Now, it's time to begin the main event. City's pride and joy, Duel king Jack Atlas, will now hold a special match!

Comments were made and could be heard but Melissa carried on.
Melissa: Now then it's time introduce the challenger! Akio Kaiba
As I road out of the tunnel. And jumped and shouted out. " "It's time to HIGH-FIVE THE SKY!" Using Yuma catchphrase it catchy actually. I am really surprised that people were cheering for me.
Yuya: "Go Akio!" He cheered
Serena, Shay, Sawatari, and Hikaro:" You better not lose this duel!" They say at the same time.

LDS Trio: Show them the power of the Lancers.
Gong: Gond believes that you can win Akio.
Yuzu: "That's Akio." Saying as she lets out happy tears. "It's really him."
Yugo: The crowd loves him.

Yugo: I don't know why he was chosen to face jack, but I fell sorry for him." Yugo told him in his unusual tone getting a confused look.
Yugo: He's a sacrifice to the king.

Yugo: "Do you know why they hold an exhibition match before the Friendship Cup starts?" Saying as he looked at her before turning to the duel lane. " To show everyone the kings strength. The king doesn't fight in the tournament. He only fights the winner. In other words, the friendship cup is a contest for the right to duel the king. The exhibition match is to show how high he stands above everyone. So every year, Jack crushes his opponent without mercy, as if to tell competitors "climb up here and get me" Well it's a bit of a custom.
Yuzu: "Without Mercy…" yuzu said with a worried look on her face before regaining her smile. " I wouldn't worry about Akio, besides he's my teacher, and he's undefeated in standard dimension."
Yugo: Fine then don't say I didn't warn you.
Melisa Clarie: Now, the moment you've been waiting for.. The king is here. City bows before his strength and majesty! Despite his common birth, he's driven the road to success, like a proverbial rising dragon. The living legend who stands atop duelist everywhere…. Introducing our king of duelist Jack Atlas!
Holographic image of a king card spinner then he appeared shooting out of the entrance with his d-wheel. As expected the female audience began to chant his name and he accelerated towards the starting line while raising his finger.
Jack Atlas: There is only one king is that's me!

Serena: "This is the top duelist of the synchro dimension." She looked into the screen with an empty expression.
The crowd cheered as he pulled next to me.
Jack: You seem like a good duelist, are you?
"Of course. I made a promise to get stronger and won't lose to anyone! To prove my resolve to the council, to save my friend and if I must beat you to do it I will do it!"
Yuzu: "Akio…". She whispered
Audience member: Like you have a chance to beat the king. Your just another loser waiting to be beat.
Jack: "ENOUGH!" Jack snapped at them unexpectedly. Then towards me. " Your resolve Huh. Then tell me what is it?"
"It's to fight for a better future."
Jack was visibly shocked when I said those words, as image of a man in his twenties with black hair with gold highlights, and royal blue eyes overlaped with my face. He wore a black jeans, long-sleeved blue jacket with a high collar and amber gems, over a sleeveless black shirt with a red symbol, and wears gloves below his elbows with an amber gem on them.
"Jack." I called out to him. "Jack! Are you in there!"
Jack:" Y-yes..." He regained his composure and looked at the Duel Lane. "Then show it to me! Show me your resolve in this Duel!"
I pressed a button on my helmet, which lowered visor over my eyes. "You got it!"
With Executive Council
Gael:"Let's see what they got." stated.
Gray:" Lancer's true strength." Gray continued.
Azul: "Can it surpass the King's?" Azul said.
Bordeaux:" It will be interesting match." turned to their leader. "Right Chairman?"
Taki: "That is correct." Taki nodded. "Let's watch this carefully."
Gael: "Declan Akaba ." Gael turned to leader of Lancers. "We have permited usage of Action Field."
Azul: "That is the way Lancers fight, no?"Azul reminded.
Declan:"That is correct." Declan answered in monotone voice. "In order to defeat Academia."
Back at the Duel
"After friendly exchange it is time for our long anticipated Exhibition Match!" Melisa announced. "But first, let's activate Field Spell. Im addition from now one rules will be changed. Action Field-" She titled her head sideways, confused. "What is that?"
"I'm not sure what this is... But... Action Field On! Field Spell: Crossover Accel!"
After Melisa's statment, entire Field changed into brigter color as sphere containing Action Cards bursted.
"Duel Mode, on! Auto-Pilot, Stand-By!" Robotic voice called from our D-Wheels as holographic countdown in front of us appeared.

Melisa: "Fusion summon?" Her and the audience looked confused. Then check the papers and had a huge grin on her face

Even with the starstruck expression from the crowds Jack wasn't bothered at the new summoning method.

"Damn well I set down three face downs cards and enter my battle phase go thunder dragon colossus attack with thunder strident blast!"
Thunder dragon released thunder from its mouth overpowering red wyvern as it tried to counter with fire but wasn't strong enough destroying his monster and inflicting lifepoints.

Crimson blaster appeared just like he did in the anime show from 5ds.
Jack Atlas: Now I go into my battle phase and here the fun part when Crimson Bladder destroys a monster by battle you can't summon for your next turn.
"What type of broken ass effect is this?"
Yugo: "What else to expect from Jack he's so cool. " He yelled". This is so awesome!"
Yuzu: "Akio…" She muttered worriedly.
Jack: "Now Crimson Blader destroy Thunder Dragon Colossus with Crimson Strike!
Melisa: The king managed to make a comeback with this while also destroying his monster he prevents him from summoning!
As crimson blader raises his twin swords and did a downward spiral strike like a knight cutting down a dragon causing an explosion.

Melisa: Why isn't Thunder Dragon Colossus destroyed?

Saying as dragon spirit roared then flew towards him and went through him like a spirit.

Blue-Eyes White Dragon appeared like the animation from duel links and roared ready for battle.

The Audience: " That Dragon looks so cool!" The audience cheered.

Jack: And you take 500 damage for each of them Absolute Power Flame! Scarlight, Red Dragon Archfiend fist glowed with fire before slamming it into the ground causing a wave of fire to be shot towards my monster causing an explosion.
The after math of the explosion when cloud cleared revealed my monsters to still be alive.
"I activates Blue-Eyes Spirit dragon ability. Jack don't you know this is spirt it means it can't be touched. Now it allow me to tribute itself and special summon one light dragon in defense mode and that's what I will do! "The great beast stares through the blue void of time, and the stars and moon shudder at it's call. Cry out, Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon!"

Saying a red beam struck preventing the activation of return of the dragon lords then Tyrant Dragon Archfiend slammed its fist to the ground creating a wave of fire destroying my monsters on the field including my trap card.
