"In a surprising turn of events the winner for the special match Is Akio Kaiba!" She yelled as everyone was in shock. Then saw Jack raised my left hand declaring me winner and started cheering. "Please give applause for these two strong duelists!"
And that's what they did. Fireworks happened as well and the cheering was louder than before. I look behind me and saw the WUM escorting Yuzu and Yugo to their rooms. I wanted to see them to make sure that they're okay and give Yuya message to yuzu.
"Something the matter?" He asked.
"No just thought I saw something." I shook my head and then remember something. "Can I get your autograph?"
I asked him but his expression have an annoyed one because he probably always gets asked the same thing but he still took my paper and pin and wrote something on it.
"Thank you." I put his autograph in my pocket.
"Plus if you don't want to be swarmed by your new fans, plus reporters, I suggest you leave this place fast."
With those words he left the stadium fast.
"Please I'm not afraid of some reporters."
Later
Oh my god. I thought to myself as I lay in my bed after answering so many questions. Like is this how celebrities feel. Now I understand why they don't want to be bothered by them. I need some sleep.

" We have to give praise to Roget for picking this young man to duel the King." Azul said
"Indeed. To think he won against the king." Gael said in surprise.
"In all of the years Jack Atlas haven't lost and to nobody and haven't been challenged that far." Gray commented
"Have to agree right chairman?" Bordeaux asked.
"Yes." White Taki nodded with his smile as usual. "Kaiba- kun have shown us the lancers strength in the best way possible."
Declan nodded and a small smirk appeared on his face. "* And I think he still have more power to show*."

"*So he managed to win the duel?*" Roget said with a smirk. "Akio Kaiba, with your power this city will be mine!"
The next day
Opening my eyes and did a little bit of stretching. Man now I see why celebrities avoid the paparazzi. Well at least I got ten hours of sleep for it.
"Good Morning Akio Kaiba." I heard White taki voice from behind me and turned around to find holographic images of the executive council included himself standing there." We are glad to see your awake." He said with his usual smile.
"We congratulate you on your win against our king- Jack Atlas." Gray added.
"Yes. You showed us the true strength of the landers and because of it our cooperation on the Dimensional War will begin." Azum said.

"All of the friendship cup participants…."Gael said answering my questions.
"Are under our surveillance."Bordeaux Stating as he turned to the leader. "Isn't that right chairman?"
"That's correct." White taki nods. "This penthouse is owned by the executive council. It is equipped to be the same as that of a first class hotel. Do you feel comfortable?"
"The most comfortable I've been since I have arrived in this dimension." I told them. "Thankyou."
"All 21 including yourself are participants of the Friendship Cup will be living in this penthouse during the tournament." Azul said.
"They may only stay as long as they keep winning." Gray added.
"If you lose you will have to leave." Azul stated continue where he left off.

"But that wouldn't be a problem for a you would it?" White taki said.
"It is an honor to be held in such high regards from the executive council." I did a mini-bow. "I do the absolute best of my abilities."
And then they disappeared and sighed before I payed back on the bed.
"Well now that duel went pretty different from last time. At least you did better this time." Divine dragon said
"*okay you keep on acting like I duel him before. Can you tell me if I did or did not duel him*"
"Okay okay. Do you remember the time during the preliminary finals of battle city when Yugi Muto and his friends got trapped in a virtual world from the big five?" Felgrand asked.
"*Yeah. But what does that have to do with this*"
"Well an evil spirit version of the dark magician took control of the body of Akio friend who is the son of Yugi Muto he then sent nearly all of the strong duelist from Neo Domino City into the virtual world. And one of those duelist was named a Jack Atlas. And yes you dueled him and won.*"
"*See was that so hard to tell me. And you said evil spirit. Is this the one that been trying to take over the spirit world?"
"* No the evil spirit form of Dark Magician is not strong enough to take over the spirit world.*" he said.
"*Okay. So when will I unlock more of this body memories? I already got his childhood mid-teenager memories. And about the Earthbound Immortals.*"
" It will come in more besides I'm sure you have started to experience the virtual world incident in your dreams haven't you?" He asked and I nodded.
"*Now that you mentioned it I have been having a little bit of trouble of telling the difference between what's real and what's not but either than nothing. So are you saying that's been my memories in stead of me dreaming like before?*"
"Yes. Oh and look on the floor."Doing as he says I see a card picked it up and it turned out to be tuning magician.
"What?" I wondered then after a moment of silence a timid voice spoke out.
"It's me…. The one who led you to the duel palace yesterday…. Sam."
"Oh." I said and then look at tuning magician. Why did you give me this card?" Even though I know still have to play Along.
Sam sighed then spoke. "I want you to give it back to Jack! After you win the Friendship Cup and Duel him again!"
"*Well my deck is already the way I like it. I will just return this to Yuya so he can summon Enlightenment Paladin. "You want me to return this card to Jack? Why?"
"As you already know, Jack was the star of hope. He grew up in the slums like we did, took part in the friend ship cup and took out Top duelists, one after the next. I admired him so much. Three years ago he won, becoming the first commons born King Of Duelist. I was happy as if I were up there. But after that, Jack changed….."
Sam then explained how jack earned immense wealth and said he was his biggest fan however his few changed on him ever since he was given tuning magician.
"Yare Yare Daze. I think you misunderstood what he meant?" I said as tuning magician spirit appeared next to me.
"How so?"
"The reason why he gave you this card is because he saw potential in you." I said to him.
"But-" I interrupted him.
"Every card has a purpose as well as humans. Any cards that exist can be useful and have potential. You saw how winged kuriboh was a weak monster right but it protected me in order for me to have a chance. Winged Kuriboh is a lvl one monster and sometimes people call the little guy weak. But I had this card save me a plenty of times."
Sam was at a lost for words before he spoke again. "Just use that card to beat jack, okay!"
He said and appeared to storm off. Yare Yare daze . Guess Yuya will have to show him.
"H-hi." I heard a timid voice spoke from the left side and I turned around to see tuning magician floating there. "D-did you really mean that?"
"*About every card with a purpose?*" I asked and she nodded. "*Of course I did. Even if there are others that don't appreciate you, the same thing cannot be said about us."
"Us?" She was confused before Felgrand, Master with eyes of blue, and winged Kuriboh. Well she was scared of Felgrand mostly and hidden behind my back.
"*You have nothing to fear.*" I said to her. "*Felgrand here is a big softy, and Master With Eyes of Blue is well a master with a gentle spirit. And Kuriboh is a kind spirit.*"
"Hey put more respect on my name you know I'm a 9,000 year old spirit blessed with the powers to match an god. But he's right we won't hurt you."
"You are safe here." Master With Eyes Of Blue said
"Kuri Kuri." Winged kuriboh said.
"*O-okay." She said an then bowed." Hello it's nice to meet you all. My name is Tuning Magician."
Then soon enough Tuning Magician became relaxed in my deck. But I think she is afraid of the Shaddoll and Thunder Dragon so she talked with my of D. And with eyes of blues and kuriboh.
I look down through my window to see as Melisa introducing everyone. She introduced the three commons Miles, Crow and Shinji and when she talked about how they could become the next Jack Atlas it was whole shit show. The commons said he was a traitor to them while some of didn't believe it and she tried to calm everyone with their slogan 'We're all friends'.
"Sure." I sighed. "Half of this city population is treated like shit and have the balls to say something like that."
"Anyway it's time to begin the duels! Out of the twenty two the two will open this first round are Crow Hogan and Gong Strong!"
The opening match began with Crow vs Gong which turned out like it did in the anime. Gong was then sent to the underground Labour Facility.
The next duel was Tsukikage vs Shinji after Riley had melt down of not wanting to duel him for giving him a donut. Instead of going to Yuya he came to me.He told Declan what happened and allow Tsukikage to duel. But damn Declan mother is such a bitch. When I first saw her I wanted to slap her for how she treated Riley. His speech was about revolution which of ourse will only be lead to more disaster. But Damn tuskikage one loyal ass motherfucker. He lost on purpose to help the others in the Underground Facility. Speaking of helping why is this place so hard to hack.
The third match was Yuzu vs Tokumatsu. Man that score the Melodious diva is nasty effect if a person wants to finish a duel. Like the anime when Tokumastu asked if yuzu was in love with Yuya which is true since they're dating but she was still young so she hit him on the head with her paper fan.
"Yuzu and Enjoy Chojiro magnificent duel has United the 200,000 spectators! This is truly the Friendship Cup! The last match for today is.." The screen showed pictures of Hikaro vs Miles. Interesting I wonder what type of deck he uses.
"Okay! Counting on you miles!" He said
Both duelist pulled up at the starting line.
"No hard feelings if I win?"
" Sorry but I have to in order to change this city I have to win because these people will only be listening winners. And when the entire tournament and beat Jack I will change the law so it won't be just the commons that have be wil uphold by the law the tops will be as well." Miles said.

A symbol of a clan appeared and out came was man that was clothed in black and red samurai clothing while also having one sword that is of red fire and blue fire with the same symbols.

A barrier surround his monster as samurai saga embedded the spirit of SpiritMaster and tried to destroy his but couldn't.

" I activate my trap! Survival Of The Fittest! By targeting one Dinosaur monster I control. My Jurrac Iguaon gains 1000 ATK points boost!"

Transcendosauras Drillygnathus started spinning his two hands creating massive tornados storming across the duel arena towards Shiranui Samuraisaga and shred him to pieces.

As shoguns saga raised his sword and did a downward slash creating a large flame that destroys his monster and coming at him which would made him think he won the duel.
Then when the smoke cleared down Hikaro survived the attack.
"How did you survive the attack?"
"With my trap card Survival Instinct. I can banish any number of dinosaur and then gain 400 lp equal to that amount I banished. Since I banished five I gain 2000 LP which allowed me to survive the attack."

Since It requires a a zombie, fire, and synchro because I did meet those three requirements I can activate all those three abilities. First ability is that all of my monsters gain 300 ATK.

Before I was sent with the others Declan wanted to speak with me.
"What is it that you need?"
"Now that we confirmed that Yuzu is safe we can go back to our main mission. To gather straying duelist for the fight against Duel Academy. During our separation I've heard about the Fortune Cup and it's rumors. Firstly I want Tsukikage to lose his duel on purpose to gather more information. Secondly I want you to lose your duel, to gather strong duelist. And with Akio knowing him he will probably try to hack this place.
"But aren't we supposed to show the council how good we are as a sign of trust?"
"If Akio is able to win then Negations should go as plan. And you should have trust in our allies."
"Okay."
