We started off with dryland outside. Oh btw Luke's grandma drove into a pole somehow before practice started and the car was getting towed after practice. A sad day for luke. Back to dryland, we walked on our heels and toes, then we did toy soldiers, bear crawls, and some other stuff I can't remember. We then ran back inside and started with warm-up.
We did a 600 loosen, 6x75 IM working on underwaters, then he wanted us to do another 2 to work on our underwaters even more. We then did some 25s I think I don't really remember but we did a speed set then got to our main set. Also Tyler and I were talking about what to do about the things that were happening about the argument then coach got mad at me cause I didn't pay attention to him for like 5 seconds lol.
Ok the main set. 5x (100 1:20 75 1:20) For the 100s I held 1:00 1:01 1:02 1:02 1:00. I feel like I could've gone faster, but my right arm was sore so it made it hard to pull. I didn't really try hard on those 75s but i think i was going like under 50s. Then we did 3x (75 1:20 50 1:20) On that coach wanted me to warm down so I just went easy but did a lot of underwaters. Then we did 3x150 100 swim 50 kick of warmdown starting off fast then getting easier.
After practice we had donuts because it was Charlie's birthday a few days ago and it was Lily and Lucy's birthday and they also brought donuts so there was like a total of 72 donuts cause the each brought 3 dozens. I took a box home lol. That's it for today, I have a meet this weekend that I'm preparing for so. Enjoy reading!
