We started off with a short dryland outside. First, we did our favorite exercise we've done so far and I chose to do a little jog. Next, we did galloping and then skipping. After we did toy soldiers twice down and back. We also did bear crawl twice down and back as well. It was pretty short and boring.
To start off warm up we did a 600 loosen every 4th 25 was underwater. Next we did 6x75 IM working on underwaters which was pretty boring, but after we did a speed set of 3x (25 from the 3rd line turn :50 25 swamp :40 25 push :40 25 dive :40 all choice strokes) It was pretty boring but it was the easiest part of practice.
Our main set was the one we did last week 5x (100 1:20 75 1:20) On the 100s I held 1:00 1:01 1:01 1:03 and the last round he changed it up and made it 2x75 instead of the 100 and i went 46 on that which is pretty bad lol. After we did 4x150 100 swim 50 kick 2:30. The second part of our main set was 4x (75 1:30 50 1:20) same concept as the previous set except no fr. Anyways that's it for today, sorry it's short. We didn't really do much today and won't be for the next 2 days.
