"...A hundred and fifty,a hundred and fifty one...A hundred and ninety nine, KEEP MOVING LAD!"A red knight was yelling at Sam who was on the ground doing pushups.His body was tired and weak as he sweat buckets.
"But he also fought..."He tried holding his breath as he gritted his teeth.
"And you are the one who attacked first.So you are the one responsible for the cause of the fight.
"I...C-can't..."His body had become so sore and weak, falling when he tried to push up.

The day had started off very well for him.Meeting up with girls to talk to,and a heavy breakfast with no worries.Wearing his armour,he was off to the red knights hall where everyone else had already gathered except for him.Time, keeping time is one of Sam's many weaknesses.He is always late.He either shows up many minutes late,or he never shows up at all.
"Good morning everyone!"A woman wearing next to no armour spoke as everyone turned to her.She was the one incharge of the red knights squad.She wore a bright blue dress that reached her knees and it had red flower patterns on it.She was quite the goddess for all boys to stare at.
"What another beautiful morning it is to wake up fresh..."Sam actually was annoyed by this sentence.All she was speaking was just irony, opposite of the real situation.But for him the day would be beautiful if he was given just a day or a week to spend with her only the two of them, that's what he thought.
She pushed her black hair to her back and continued,"Today will be no more intros.You will get to training at once.Today you'll learn something common, activating and using your mana."
The teenagers around were completely confused."All the other groups are currently being taught the same,so we must catch up.Just listen to my instructions closely.First sit down,close your eyes and focus on what am telling you..."All of the over a hundred sat down and carefully followed the instructions given.
"It's really sweet looking at them trying their best,at least only a quarter are yet to unlock their energy."She thought.
"So everyone, I've given you more time to do what you must.For those who are able to activate their mana, please come this way.And those that are yet,please go over to Ret's side.He will help you out to activate your mana.Am sorry to separate you like this,but there is no time,the kingdom must be prepared."
They did as told,and Sam was pretty thankful for Glen giving him that crystal before he headed to the woods with the other dark knights."I don't know what that crystal was,but I know it really helped.Thank you brother."He could only speak on his mind at the moment.
"Please if you can,follow me to the arena.Ret my brother,make sure that the others know how to use their mana before it's night time."The man in red armour nodded his head and turned to the group that was left with him.
The others were already at the arena as they prepared for tough training...as usual.
"GET YOUR BODIES ON THE GROUND THIS INSTANT!.I WANT EACH ONE OF YOU TO DO AT LEAST FIVE HUNDRED PUSH-UPS USING YOUR MANA!DO I MAKE MY SELF CLEAR?!Now start."
Red,the leader of the red knights,had a problem with her emotions.They change drastically every now and then at fast rates.Seconds earlier she was shouting and then a second later she's as calm as a large pillar.
"I always love this side of her's.She is actually adorable when her mouth is wide open and then she yells at us."Sam couldn't stop thinking about the beauty that was busy slapping some of the young boys and girls when they failed to lift their bodies.He himself was actually doing great and was at his four hundred and fiftieth push.Or more precisely,them.Jack on the other side was almost done with great speed.
"What's the matter? Can't keep up kid?"Jack started intimidating Sam.He could take more from Jack,but he wanted to make sure it is the last time Jack ever talked to him.They both stood up and faced each other.
"What is this fight for?I don't want to fight something that I will not benefit."Jack's cocky nature was always by his side.
"Oh you'll benefit alright!.This,is a duel for freedom and fame."
Sam dashed towards the tall person as he swung one of his chains vertically in circles by his side.A pillar of flames were shot at him.He expected something like this,so he changed his swinging from his side to infront of him and made sure to concentrate his mana in the weapon."HARDER!! FASTER!!"The horizontal pillar of flames had hit his chains protecting himself from the attack.
He jumped up in the air then diagonally struck the air towards Jack.The force was so great that it could be heard reaping through the air.But suddenly, before it had hit Jack,a hand reached out holding the chain steadily."Why do they always interfere?!Sam screamed in his head as he landed back on the ground.It was an old man,a red knight that had stopped the fight.
He was treated as the attacker and that is how he got to be punished by that old man to do two thousand push-ups.He had tried speaking out but didn't work.He couldn't bare the terror from his overused muscles.
"Push up kid!You still have another one thousand to go."He didn't want to bring himself or Glen troubles in the kingdom, so he concentrated his mana on his muscles as he pushed up."I know am not the kind to do avenging,but Jack,you are gonna answer to me one day!"
"KEEP MOVING YOU NAD!!"
