Roran and Elder Raven set out to gather the other Guardians as soon as possible. Roran knew that time was of the essence, and that every moment they delayed was a moment the enemy could use to gain an advantage.
As they traveled through the Kingdom, they met with the other Guardians one by one. There was Eirik, a skilled archer with a quick wit and a sharp tongue. Then there was Sigrid, a fierce warrior who was as deadly with a sword as she was beautiful. And finally, there was Leif, a powerful mage with a kind heart and a strong sense of duty.
Together, the Guardians made their way to the ancient fortress that served as their base of operations. It was a place of great power, said to have been built by the first Guardians themselves. As they entered the fortress, Roran couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and reverence. He knew that this was where they would make their stand against the enemy.
Once they were all gathered, Elder Raven called a council of war. "My friends," he said, "we are at a crossroads. The ancient evil that we have long feared is rising once more, and we must be ready to face it head on."
The Guardians listened intently as Raven spoke of the enemy they would soon face. He told them of the ancient prophecies that foretold of this moment, and of the sacrifices that would have to be made to defeat the enemy.
"We must be ready to give everything we have to protect the Kingdom and its people," Raven said. "We are the Guardians, and it is our duty to defend the Lost Kingdom against all who would threaten it."
The Guardians all nodded in agreement, and Roran felt a sense of pride and determination well up inside him. He knew that this was his calling, and he was ready to face whatever the enemy threw at them.
Elder Raven ended the meeting with a warning: "Be prepared, the enemy is coming, and we must be ready to face them."
As the Guardians left the council, each of them went to prepare in their own way. Roran spent the night training with his sword, honing his skills and getting ready for battle. He knew that the coming fight would be unlike anything he had ever faced before, but he was ready for it.
As he lay down to sleep, Roran's thoughts were of the coming battle, and the fate of the Lost Kingdom. He knew that the Guardians were the only ones who could protect the kingdom and its people from the ancient enemy, and he was ready to give everything to defend it.
