Melody was so lost in her thoughts that she didn't notice where she was going until she practically collided with someone.
"Whoa there, watch out!" A familiar voice called out, and Melody looked up to see Max with an amused grin on his face. "You seem in a hurry. Everything okay?"
Melody took a deep breath to steady herself, flashing a quick smile at Max. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just got caught up in my thoughts, I guess."
"Thoughts that made you run into me?"
Melody rolled her eyes playfully. "Okay, maybe I wasn't paying attention,.
"Hey, no worries." Max offered his hand to help her up. "How about we take a break from all that thinking and go on a little adventure?"
Melody raised an eyebrow, intrigued by his sudden excitement. "Adventure? Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise! Just trust me, you're going to love it."
