In a dimly lit room, a young man can be seen lying on the bed, deep in thought and confusion. He is dressed in simple clothes, and his face is etched with worry and uncertainty. He looks around the room, taking in the luxurious furnishing and trying to make sense of his surroundings.
"Where am I?" he whispers to himself. "I should already be dead but why I am here with this body? What is happening to me?" He runs a hand through his hair, trying to remember the last thing he could recall before waking up in this strange place.
As he lays there, he starts to piece together the memories of his past life, and the realization dawns on him that he may have been transmigrated. The thought both terrifies and excites him.
The young man continues to lay in the bed, still deep in thought, trying to make sense of his new surroundings. He wonders who he has transmigrated into, and what their life was like before he took over.
As he ponders this, a sudden and intense headache grips him, making him wince in pain. It feels as if someone is pounding on his brain, trying to force information into his mind. He can't help but silently growl as he tries to bear the pain, not wanting anyone to see him in this state.
The pain is intense, and it feels like his head is about to explode. He can feel a pressure building inside his skull, and it becomes difficult for him to focus on anything else. The pain is so severe that he can't help but curl up in a ball, trying to find some relief.
The information about the previous owner of the body starts to flood his mind, and he can feel tears streaming down his face as he struggles to process it all.
He tries to block out the pain and focus on the information that is being forced into his mind. He can feel the previous owner's memories, emotions, and experiences overwhelming him, and it takes all his willpower to keep from screaming out loud.
He can't help but wonder what kind of person the previous owner was, and what led them to the life he lived. As the pain slowly subsides, the young man takes a deep breath and tries to compose himself.
The man comes to realize that he is in a game-like world, where every individual has a panel that displays their level and abilities. Young people in this world are awakened to discover their class, such as fighters, mages, assassins, and tanks. Additionally, there are also rare individuals who awaken to unique classes, which are considered to be the cream of the crop and are acknowledged as geniuses among geniuses.
The man also discovers that he has taken over the body of Clyde Evirille, the young master of the powerful warrior family, Evirille. The family is known for its dominance in Evirille City and has a reputation for being one of the strongest families in the area.
Clyde was considered a genius in the family and many believed that he would awaken to be a powerful unique class warrior. However, to the surprise of many, Clyde only awakened as a mage. While the mage class is strong, it is not as powerful as those who awaken to a unique class.
For example, the patriarch of the Evirille family awakened as a Blade Master, which allowed him to surpass everyone in strength and become the patriarch.
This revelation left Clyde feeling discouraged and unfulfilled, as he knew he would never be able to reach the same level of strength and power as his father.
This realization caused Clyde to become deeply depressed and many people in the family couldn't help but feel sympathetic toward him. Clyde isolated himself in his room for an entire month and refused to leave or interact with anyone. He didn't want to face the disappointment and pity of those around him.
His family tried to reach out to him and offer their support, but he pushed them away. He couldn't shake off the feeling that he had let everyone down, and he didn't want to hear their words of encouragement.
As the days passed, his depression only got worse and he slowly slipped away, until one day, he died.
The man couldn't help but feel sad as he realizes that the previous owner of the body, Clyde Evirille, has died of depression. This also allows him to reincarnate into this body.
This revelation excites him as he now becomes the young master of a powerful family and also gains the ability to be a mage, something he didn't have in his previous life. He reassures Clyde that even though he may not be as strong as his father in the future, he will take care of his body and make the most of this new opportunity.
Suddenly, Clyde hears a series of sounds in his head, like a voice speaking to him.
[Ding! Congratulation to the user for successfully fusing your memory]
[Ding! System Activision is now starting]
[Ding! 10%, 20%, 30%...]
[Ding! Congratulation to the user for successfully binding the Conversion System]
[Ding! The system is now integrated into your panel]
Clyde realizes that this is some kind of system that has been activated in his mind, possibly related to his transmigration. The sound of the system booting up and the messages indicating the progress of the activation, fill him with curiosity and excitement. He can't wait to discover the full capabilities of this new system.
"So I have now a system called the Conversion System," Clyde thinks excitedly to himself. "This means I have a way to surpass everyone and become strong." He couldn't help but be suprised at the thought.
Eager to explore this new system, Clyde summons the game-like panel of this world, and a holographic display appears in front of his eyes.
[Name: Clyde Evirille]
[Age: 15]
[Level: 0 (0/100)]
[Health: 100/100]
[Mana: 10/10]
[Experience: 0/100]
[Strength: 10] [Agility: 9] [Intelligence:10]
[Skill: None]
Additional Function:
[Skill Point: 0]
[Conversion: When activated the gained experience will be converted to skill points]
As Clyde examines his panel, he notices that the Conversion System has been added to it. He thinks to himself, "This is great, while everyone in this world struggles to comprehend and practice their skills in order to level up, all I have to do is kill some monsters and I can level up my skills. This is my advantage, I should take advantage of this system and level up my skills to the highest level."
He then noticed that his level is still zero and he decided to find a way to level up and learn some skills. He plans to go to the skill hall later to find ways to improve and gain knowledge.
Clyde couldn't contain his excitement and immediately gets out of bed, eager to explore the skill hall. He hurries to take a bath to freshen up and prepare for his visit to the skill hall. As he is bathing, a maid enters his room and delivers his breakfast. The maid does not interact with him as she has been instructed to allow the young master to have some alone time to recover.
The breakfast that was delivered to him is a sumptuous spread, with a variety of dishes, from savory to sweet. The breakfast includes a plate of scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausages, roasted tomatoes, and toast. Freshly brewed coffee and orange juice were served in a carafe on the side. A platter of fresh fruit was also provided, including slices of juicy watermelon, ripe strawberries, and succulent papaya.
The maid also placed a small dish of sweetened yogurt and granola, a perfect ending to a hearty breakfast. The meal was presented on a silver tray, with fine silverware, making it clear that the Evirille family is one of wealth and prestige.
After freshening up in the bath, Clyde notices the breakfast that was delivered to his room. Eager to start his day, he quickly gets dressed before sitting down to enjoy his meal. He takes his time to savor the flavors of the various dishes, relishing the taste of the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, and sipping on the freshly brewed coffee.
As Clyde exits his room, the maids outside are taken aback to see him. "The young master is leaving his room?" one of them exclaimed in shock.
"He's been locked in his room for a month, while his peers are already leveling up and leaving him behind," another maid added.
"I hope he's recovered now; he needs to catch up to his peers. I heard that some geniuses are already at level 8," one of the maids said.
"Can he still catch up to them?" another asked. "It'll be difficult, but I hope he has recovered. He's been the talk of the family recently," the first maid said.
The maids discuss among themselves, expressing their concern for Clyde's well-being and his ability to catch up to his peers in terms of level and strength.
Clyde overhears the maids' conversation, but he chooses not to pay attention to it. Instead, he focuses on his next task "I should visit this body's father first before going to the skill hall, I need his permission to go there."
Clyde sets off towards his father's office, following the path that leads there. The entire Evirille family is housed in a single building. The building is massive, towering up to 100 floors. It is constructed with gleaming marble floors, high ceilings, and grand chandeliers that hang from above. The walls are adorned with intricate carvings and elegant paintings. The atmosphere is one of grandeur and opulence, befitting of a powerful warrior family like the Evirille. As he walked through the halls, he could see other people, some were warriors that are training, some are just roaming around, and they all seems to be busy.
As Clyde navigates through the busy halls, nobody pays attention to him. Everyone seems to be preoccupied with their own tasks, which allows Clyde to move about unnoticed. He eventually reaches an elevator that takes him to the top floor of the building, where his father's office is located.
