In the police station.....
Tian Kuo wiped his mouth with a napkin and placed it on the tray before he swiped it to a corner and stretched his legs indifferently. A moment later, a young policeman entered the room and collected the tray while bowing to him. He ignored the man, staring at the clock's pointer on the wall with the intensity he had these days as he counted the time he had spent here.
His mother promised to get him out of this cell in three days.....
But two days had already passed and he had not even seen any lawyers so the hope in his heart was slowly diminishing against his will. He had wanted to contact his father who was currently overseas and ask for his help but the police chief refused to grant his request, something he was sure was done on his mother's orders.
Was she really planning on leaving him here?
