Olivia yawned as she looked outside and realized she would be early to school if she took a shower.
As she was dressed she noticed someone was coming and as she looked at door she saw her mom on the other side.
"Olivia!! Olivia!! where are you, it's nearly school time and you know my motto: you can never be too early" she said looking her direction but acting as though she couldn't see her.
Olivia looked at her mom assuming she was joking because she could see herself, or could she?
She ran down the steep stairs looking for her dad and eventually she found him in the kitchen and just like her mom he also didn't seem to notice her. She tapped her dad on the shoulder but he only became frightened.
"Who's there " he yelled panicking. And almost immediately she ran outside to grab anyone's attention.
And as she continued to wave her hands she looked at the.window that gave her just the right amount of sincerity, she had vanished.
She screamed as she noticed her clothes were also invincible and as she continued screaming the neighbors wondered where the noise was coming from.
She ran to school searching for answers and as she ran she bumped into Dave who quickly ceased the opportunity to yell at her.
"Watch were you're going peep squeak"
Olivia looked at him totally surprised that he could see her, she tried to test him again by pushing him and this time running to another direction and even after that he could still see her.
She squealed in joy happy that at least someone could see her.
Dave looked at her confused but nevertheless he walked away ignoring the girl who was suddenly dancing. As he walked up to his friends they asked him who he was talking to.
"Olivia, you know, shorty" Dave said as he stressed Olivia's new nickname.
"Olivia? she's absent"
",No, she was like right behind me, there" he said as he pointed at Olivia who was still dancing but obviously no one saw her.
"Bro, the nurse is still open in case you need to see her" a dude suggested.
"But she was there....
"Look bro, I think Olivia's gotten to your brain, look you're even imagining her, look bro when you clear your mind you know where to find us" his friends said as they all slowly walked away.
Dave was surprised and he quickly approached Olivia who was a bit relaxed.
"What's going on" he said as he grabbed her arm tightly.
"Nothing" she said as she continued dancing.
"Are you high on alcohol, why can't my friends see you?"
"I don't know maybe they need checkups or something"
"I think you need the check up more than they do, nobody seems to notice you even the bus driver and he always seemed friendly to you, wait are you going through puberty again"
"No gross, he can't see me because I'm invisible"
"You mean invisible like in movies" he said and as he looked at her he laughed hysterically. Everyone looked at them pardon him as they didn't notice Olivia.
"Who are you talking to?" a girl asked as she walked away.
Dave was stunned as he now understood that only he could see her.
"Awesome, now I can prank the daylight out of her without people worrying about her "safety"
he said silently to himself.
