RACHEL'S pov.
>>Huntington Memorial Hospital, LA - The Next Morning<<
"... that shows you and your baby are very healthy, and you're free to get discharged" doctor Anderson said.
"Phew! Finally!" I breathe out in relief.
I spent only a night at the hospital, but I'm already starting to feel suffocated by the disinfectant smell, I can't believe some people spend months in a hospital -it must be so frustrating.
"Alright, here are the drugs for your headache" he nodded towards my head. "We must be careful even though it's a small injury" he laughed at his words.
"Thank you" I thanked him as I collected the drugs.
Just then there's a knock on the door and Fatima walked in with some papers.
"Are you done with the discharge procedures?" I asked.
"Yep" she answered.
Doctor Anderson cleared his throat.
"I'll take my leave, don't forget to come for antenatal" he pointed at my stomach.
