In the meantime, Cyra had escaped the encirclement amd even took down some boss class monsters along her way disrupting their ranks.
It's been almost an hour since the first explosion occurred but she didn't hear a peep from Milo which made her worry.
They had already discussed that the mission was dangerous, so dangerous in fact that if Milo was really captured, even she wouldn't be able to save him.
But that's not the scary part. These bipedal monsters were known to take hostage and slowly torture them to lure out other himan companions.
No one was going to come to his rescue so if he do get captured, it would be a painful and slow death for Milo where he would be made to scream regularly acting as bait.
She was far away but she could still hear new explosion making her realize that Milo was still on the trenches.
She really wanted to go back and help him but it would derail the whole mission not to mention if both got captured, Bijan and others had to come and rescue them which would also put them at risk.
Her only mission was to find out what was happening in the Sablethorn's camp, they were their main target so she couldn't waste anymore time dealing woth these monsters.
Being stuck in a dilemma, she finally decided to turn on the radio and leave one final message for Milo that she safely made it out of the woods.
Milo who was hiding heard his radio hish fortunately they had earset so the noise didn't gove out his location.
He heard what she said but he didn't reply to her because he couldn't make any noise due to the giant monster who always seemed to know his location if he made any sound.
He was relieved but the reality dawned on him that if he wasn't able to escape he would definitely die here and it would not be a painless death.
It only made his resolve harder to survive. After all, he promised Cyra that he knows what he was doing and she could trust him because he had a plan but he would never have expected such a coordinated response from the monsters not to mention their enormous numbers which put the mutated wolves that they fought few days ago to shame!
For now, he could only keep moving trying his best to make out of their territory. Always keeping his guard up he slowly backed away while avoiding his own traps.
It seemed to work for a time but sooner or later he would run out of the hiding place and the traps he set would be exhausted.
With his advantage gone, his movements would be much more pronounced and loud enough for them to target him again.
For now, he could only hope for the best and a miracle to happen so that he could get out of the situation with all his limbs intact!

" Are you there? I don't know if you can hear me but you will owe me one for this. Isn't that how it is said in your previous world?" Nova was rambling while moving through the forest trying to communicate with Noah.
But there was no response from him but he still kept going on and on about different sensations that it was experiencing having a physical body for the first time.
" I never knew it qas this weird to say things. I mean isn't it much easier to communicate with your mind? I feel my body vibrate whenever I say things out loud which seemed insufficient."

Nova's ramblings were getting increasingly bizzare by the minute. Fortunately, Noah wasn't awake to hear it or he would curse out loudly because he knew Nova always looked down on everything other than it's own species.
It only took Nova around ten minutes before he arrived at the monster settlement. Unlike Noah who was restricted in his powers, Nova's summoning was outrageous.
As a higher being it could look into other worlds especially Earth and determine the best and highly classified weapons and not only that but it could also summon them without any limit.
Technically there was a limit but it was Noah's body as it wouldn't be able to channel sich large amount of magic molecules but for now the things he needed were easily conjured by Nova.
It still hasn't seen the human kid but it didn't matter where the kid was. For now, it was much more essential for Nova to put the fear of god in these despicable monster beside, it was much more fun for it to feel it's body get excited whenever it came to weapons and destruction!
