Melina tilted her head, her brow furrowing slightly. "No, I didn't," she replied, her voice calm but tinged with confusion. She gave a small shrug as if dismissing the claim.
"Well, you're supposed to hand it over!" the man snapped, his confidence unwavering. "I claimed the building first. It's mine!"
Melina blinked, her sleepiness giving way to mild amusement. "You expect me to hand over the shop just because you said so?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. Her tone was calm but carried an edge of sarcasm. "Do you have any purchase history or proof that this building belongs to you?"
