Sol's words stuck like lightning and everyone paled, even the other leaders couldn't help but frown at this.
"Everything we do is for the sake of Hallow mountain… the seal is placed on you because you are a possible danger… Sacrifices have to be made" Tulic Vlad said with cold eyes but this even made Sol more furious.
He took a step forward and was directly in front of Tulic where both could feel each other's breath.
"Sol has never been someone's pawn and it won't start today… I will shatter this seal… if you wish to stop me, you are free to try…I am here" Sol said with frosty eyes and everyone frowned.
This was an open challenge to the various family heads. He planned to shatter this seal and he has given them the plans. Now he has also given out an open challenge to all who think the seal needs to stay on.
Sol quickly turned his back on them and returned to the bed, returning to his meditative state.
Asa'k of the fifth tribe kept looking at this youth with interest in his eyes. He was a personal friend of the past sixth chieftain so he could see the similarities in Sol's behavior and the former sixth tribe chieftain but he could also see the glaring difference.
Just like his father, Sol was willing to go against the entire Hallow mountain but he wasn't willing to let Hallow mountain shatter at the same time. It was like he was seeing the former sixth tribe chieftain but this one has no plans of leaving. Instead, he would force things around him to change, instead of changing his location.
Tulic Vlad was furious as his eyes revealed a bright red light. He was going to take a step forward but then a firm hand gripped his shoulder.
"The young lord needs to rest, we will come back later" Asa'k's voice rang in the ears of the vampire lord and his grip seemed to tighten, making the vampire lord frown. You vb be
He wasn't asking, he was telling him what to do!
The vampire lord frowned and shot Sol one last glance before turning and leaving the room.
Slowly everyone began leaving the room but Sol remained unmoved. He remained in the cross-legged position with his eyes shut tight and only after everyone was gone did he finally open his eyes.
"Check… Tulic Vlad" Sol muttered lightly.
When joining a new circle, one has two methods of creating a foothold in the team. The first is by sucking up to the alpha of the group. Once you gain the attention and recognition of the leader, the rest will naturally respect you and the second was gaining the respect of those below and standing against the person above.
While no one would admit it, among the leaders of Hallow mountain, Tulic Vlad seems to be the most famous. He was like an indirect leader of the pack and probably one of the strongest among the leaders currently. Since this man had a bad impression of Sol and refused to change his view, he will put him in check with the other leaders. All he needs to do is give them a reason to stand up for him.
Soon the position of Tulic Vlad will become shaky with time. Then he will step up and deal with him accordingly.
"Strength comes in various forms…. A strong mind will always triumph against a strong body" Sol said with a cold look as he looked at the door.
...…Meanwhile...
The mighty walls of Hallow mountain were over fifty meters tall, on a mountain top, surrounded by a thick forest and fog.
An Ark family member standing atop the southern wall saw a figure emerge from the thick mist. The man was dressed in animal skin and had darkish green hair with bright green eyes. On the left side of his face was a claw-shaped scar, stretched from the top to his jawline.
This man had a fierce and domineering look but even then he wore a smile, revealing his fangs.
"Is that…. Impossible! It has been a century!" The guard yelped in shock, catching the attention of others.
The guards quickly gathered and looked down only to see the man with long black hair and green stripes.
"Darth of the Ark family! Younger brother to the former sixth tribe chieftain and also a rightful heir to the throne!" An aged guard said with excitement in his eyes.
The death of the sixth tribe chieftain weakened the ark family and because of that many bad things happened. While Sol has done well so far and has proven to be worth their respect as the son of the former Chieftain, they needed someone with actual strength capable of standing tall!
"What are you waiting for, open the gates!" The captain of the guards growled furiously.
…. Below the walls…..
Darth looked towards the sky and could barely see the guards above. A fierce grin spread across their face as he looked in the direction of the sixth tribe and a cruel smile bloomed on his face.
"I have returned home just as promised, big brother!" Darth Ark said with a cruel grin on his face, unaware of the current situation of things.
If Sol was here he would be stunned to see that this man had a striking resemblance to him. But unlike Sol, he looked far more fierce and wild. The power of the Hellfire could be perceived from his body and mere beasts surrounding the hallow mountain don't even dare come anywhere near this man.
Rumble!
The massive gates began to open and the man stood in silence as he saw a multitude of guards on their knees while the gates opened. Their heads were lowered and they dare not look him in the eye.
Amongst them was the sixth tribe Ƙahi'k. He didn't even dare look at the feet of Darth Ark.
"Welcome back, young master!" he said in a heavy tone.
"Why doesn't my brother come to welcome me?" Darth ignored his greeting and frowned deeply.
