#Chapter96
SILVAN
A frosty aura started coming out of my body upon hearing my Emma gasped in pain. Immediately, I hated myself for not able to protect her from the pain.
Of course, I knew that childbirth was painful, no matter what kind of being the woman was, but most especially when the mother was a human. However, even though knowing such, I still couldn't bear to hear the sounds of her pain.

Beside them, the head healer, with two other healers, were standing and observing at the side, making sure that Emma and the little peanut was safe. In the middle of the bed was Emma whose heartbeat was steady. I sighed with worry.
