#Chapter35
SILVAN
In this life, I only had a few things that seriously irked me. One of them was when my precious time, when I was doing something that I like, was interrupted. It was innate in my nature. Thus, even when I knew that it wasn't Liam's fault, I still managed to throw him a threatening look which made him go paler.
'Forgive me, my lord,' Liam, Laksom's younger brother, knelt on the floor. Emma was surprised by his action and sat straighter. I could not help but furrow my brows.
/"Stand up,/" I briefly told him before establishing a connection with Laksom.
'What is it?' I asked him through the mindlink.
'My lord, we managed to attack the base and surprisingly felt a substantial amount of dark energy in the place. However, when we were about to exit the place, a great number of members of the resistance, plus... the creatures of the dark surrounded us,' he stated.
