They spent the early hours lying there taking about those insignificant things, but by the time they rose, it felt like an accomplishment. Lucien was grinning and he managed to make it across the room and down to the shower without tripping over his own feet.
It was once they were both showered and dressed that Angel felt it was time to get productive. His own outfit had been quick and simple; the content of his closet was mostly black. Raven often criticised that choice, as he could often be quite eccentric and wild with his own fashion choices, but Angel was unbending; he would wear a different colour when they developed one that was darker than black.
