Walter thought back to the man who was taller and definitely stronger than Nyx trying to run for his life when he saw her and blinked once. Was his granddaughter a sadist? Walter didn’t want to find out. Instead, he changed the subject. /"Why aren’t we leaving? Didn’t you call my driver?/"
/"Oh. Lucy is coming here, so we will wait for her./"
/"Why?/"
/"To give birth./" Nyx calmly answered Walter’s questions one after the other.
/"WHAT THE HELL?! Why didn't you say so earlier?/"
Nyx shrugged. /"You’re the one who asked me about James./"
This calm attitude only made poor old Walter suddenly crave violence, but he was already sitting in a wheelchair, his hip feeling painful, and they were inside a hospital. No matter how he looked at it, things wouldn’t go the way he wanted, so he had to bite his tongue and bear with this child that loved to play with other people’s mental state.
